Abstract/Summary:
With the comprehensive popularization of compulsory education and the continuous development of today’s society,the need of education in our country has changed from the previous "having a school" to "learning in school",resulting in today’s education must further clarify the problem of "who to train people,how to train people,for whom to train people".The state has put forward clear requirements for each subject to focus on the development of students’ core qualities in the process of education,so as to cultivate students’ correct values as well as the necessary character and key ability to adapt to future development.In the aspect of physical education,the Ministry of Education pointed out in the latest policy document that the main purpose of today’s physical education and health curriculum should be to develop the core quality of physical education and improve the physical and mental health of students,and to comprehensively promote the formation of the core quality of physical education of primary and secondary school students.Therefore,it is very important to develop and cultivate students’ physical education core quality in the course of physical education teaching.So,how to cultivate students’ PE subject core quality and how to carry out related teaching design in teaching,naturally has become a big problem faced by contemporary PE teachers.In the latest curriculum standard issued in 2022,although there are clear requirements and teaching suggestions on curriculum objectives,curriculum content,curriculum implementation and the cultivation of core discipline quality,it is difficult for front-line PE teachers who are limited in time and energy to truly reflect and integrate core discipline quality into each class of specific teaching in the actual teaching process,The final research results and conclusions of this study can provide great help for it.In order to achieve the research purpose,this paper adopts the literature method,scale method,action research method,mathematical statistics method,case study method and video analysis method to carry out research.Through teaching experiments,the designed teaching cases and the effects before and after teaching are studied and analyzed.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)In terms of sports ability,the students’ 50 meter run has not significantly improved in the physical condition dimension,and the 1 minute rope skipping has significantly improved.Although the BMI,vital capacity,sitting forward bending,and1 minute sit up have improved to some extent,the improvement is not obvious.The implementation of the case in this study has not significantly improved the students’ sports ability in the short term,But it has played a positive role in the development of students’ sports ability.(2)The implementation of the case can enable students to show some behaviors in health,form some good behaviors in health,or change some bad behaviors and lifestyles.However,from the perspective of the non significant improvement in the mastery and application of health knowledge and skills,it can be seen that in the short term,it is not ideal to enable students to master health knowledge and skills with high quality,while partial mastery can be achieved.(3)The implementation of the case can cultivate the students’ spirit of initiative,courage,tenacity,fearing difficulties,perseverance,solidarity and cooperation in the aspect of sports spirit,can cultivate the students’ sports morality of abiding by rules and civilized and polite sports character,and can help students further develop good sports morality,To a certain extent,it plays a certain role in cultivating students’ core quality of sports discipline in terms of sports morality.(4)The cultivation of the core quality of physical education discipline needs a long-term process.Although the core quality of students’ discipline has developed in this study,the effect is not particularly ideal.If the time for cultivating students’ core quality of discipline is extended indefinitely and continued,then students’ core quality of physical education discipline will be better developed.
