Since the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the Opinions on Building Harmonious Labor in 2015,the Party and the state have paid more and more attention to the construction of harmonious labor relations,and discussions on harmonious labor relations and other related issues have become more and more enthusiastic.At the same time,with the deepening of China’s market-oriented economic system reform,major changes have taken place in various fields at the social and economic level,and in this process,the labor relations of private enterprises have also undergone tremendous changes.As the most dynamic part of the national economy,private enterprises have made positive contributions to the sustained,healthy and stable development of China’s social economy,however,affected by the external environment and internal conditions,the operating conditions of enterprises are difficult and labor relations are becoming increasingly tense.In this context,the construction of harmonious labor relations in private enterprises is particularly urgent.The topic of this article is also derived from this.Taking the perspective of constructing harmonious labor relations and the new characteristics of labor relations in the new era as the specific analysis background,this paper starts from the review of labor relations related theories,combines social interaction theory,and sorts out four specific forms of interaction between private enterprises and workers through the discussion of the interaction logic between private enterprises and workers:instrumental rationality,emotional orientation,positive cooperation and negative conflict.It is clear that in the actual interaction situation,private enterprises and workers do not always have contradictions and conflicts,which contain complex interest orientations and emotional motives,and private enterprises and workers are carried out follow-up work on the basis of reaching a consensus on cooperation,then the factors that hinder the formation of a benign interactive relationship between the two sides in the labor process can also be eliminated by timely intervention and guidance,but if the negative conflict interaction is not paid attention to,it may lead to the deterioration of the contradiction between the enterprise and the laborer.Even violent conflicts broke out,hindering the construction of harmonious labor relations.Under the premise of analyzing the different forms of interaction in private enterprises,this paper focuses on the specific problems of the interaction dilemma between private enterprises and workers in the labor process from the aspects of institutional tilt of private enterprises,specific manifestations of rights release,behavioral bias and role cognitive bias of workers,and lack of trade union functions.On the basis of the previous analysis,the text finally puts forward the formation of benign interaction relationship within private enterprises and countermeasures for the four main dimensions of government,trade union,private enterprise and labor,in order to contribute some sociological role in promoting the construction of harmonious labor relations in private enterprises. |
