In recent years,in the process of improving the education system,extracurricular quality education has been paid more and more attention.High-quality extracurricular quality education can not only provide sufficient "nutrition" for students’ extracurricular life,but also supplement and expand their abilities beyond examination-taking and improve their overall quality.Children of migrant workers are a special group under the background of urbanization.Due to the lack of family support,most of the extracurricular quality education can only be obtained through schools.However,due to their own weaknesses,the development of extracurricular quality education has been in a difficult situation.Therefore,social work intervenes in time and solves relevant problems,which is of great significance to the development of quality education for children of migrant workers.This study takes Q school for children of migrant workers as the research object.After collecting research data by means of questionnaires,observation methods and interviews,it is found that: at present,the development of Q school’s extracurricular quality education has achieved "full-staff" curriculum coverage,and teachers and students have carried out The overall evaluation of the full-staff courses is good.However,Q school has problems such as single curriculum content and form,insufficient professional ability of teachers to carry out activities;limited personality development of students,and difficult to meet expectations;unsmooth operation mechanism and weak support network;The demand for the development of extracurricular quality education in schools has changed from "full staff" to "specialization,individualization,socialization and specialization".Based on this,this paper,guided by the advantage perspective and empowerment theory,explores practical strategies to promote the development of extracurricular quality education in Q school from the perspective of social work.The practice process is mainly carried out from two perspectives: on the one hand,from the perspective of social work intervention objects,the practice process involves the teachers,teachers and students within the Q school system,as well as the sponsors and supporters of brother schools outside the system.On the other hand,from the perspective of the service content provided by social work,through empowerment,linking resources,multi-party linkage and integration advantages,Q School’s extracurricular quality education will be promoted to achieve specialization,individualization,socialization and specialization.The research shows that it is feasible and effective to jointly promote the development of extracurricular quality education in Q school from multiple perspectives of social work,forming a practical experience centered on empowerment,empowerment and advantage play.Afterwards,it is necessary to take multiple measures to promote the healthy development of extracurricular quality education in Q school by further improving the ability of social workers,innovating incentive measures and improving the guarantee mechanism.
