| "Home-school" cooperative parenting education mainly means that the school which helps parents to improve the quality of family education through the organization of parent school,making schools and parents jointly promoting the growth of the students.In July 2021,the "Opinions on Further Reducing Students’ Homework Burdens and Off-campus Training Burdens in Compulsory Education" was promulgated,which aroused heated discussions in all sectors of society.As reducing the academic burden of students,more stringent requirements on parental education are put forward to the parents.In order to help parents improve their parenting educational ability,Guiyang F school has made plenty of explorations to take advantages of educational resources rationally to form an educational synergy between parental school’s educational activities and social work.Thus,F school developed a cooperative pattern connecting the social work with the "home-school" parenting education.This research took F Middle School in Guiyang City as the study site,the parents of students in F school as the object of investigation,the ecological system theory and energy enhancement theory as theoretical support,using questionnaire method and interview method to collect relevant data of the whole practice process,carried out in the parent-school’s educational activities with professional methods of social work.Aiming at the problems of parents’ anxiety about the parenting education process as well as their demands for parenting education in participating in the parent school,the parent school parenting education group activities of F school are promoted smoothly from the professional perspective of social work.By forming growth groups and carrying out six sessions of activities with different contents,social workers have qualitatively changed and improved the parents’ awareness of parenting education as well as their parenting education abilities,even a group of teachers for parents’ school education have been cultivated during the process,which could have laid the foundation for later development of the parent school.In the meanwhile,a team of parent school educators were developed to provide long-term parenting education services for parents of F school,thereby realizing the circular and sustainable development of parenting school parenting education as well as exploring a localized model suitable for the development of parenting education in this school.Therefore,the following conclusions can be drawn:the purchase of social work services by schools could promote the high-quality development of "home-school" cooperative parenting education;conducting group activities could meet parents’ needs for parenting education and create the learning atmosphere in which parents would actively participate.Besides,it would get the recognition and supports of the schools,parents and the public;it also provided social workers with opportunities to accumulate learning and working experience.Finally,we proposed relevant solutions by reflecting on and summarizing the outcomes as well as difficulties of this research,hoping to provide references for the enrichment and development of the social work major in the field of parenting education in parent schools. |
