At present,communities that bear the care of people’s livelihood and demonstrate national responsibility have become an important practical field for the modernization of national governance capacity and governance capacity.As an important content of community culture and spiritual civilization construction,community sports are an important component of community governance,playing a pivotal role in the increasingly rich material life and relatively scarce spiritual and cultural life,and having practical significance in building a socialist harmonious society.Community sports organizations enter the people’s daily life,and build the community into a harmonious living paradise,a spiritual home with pleasant moods,and a platform for everyone to participate and share,thereby achieving good governance.Using the methods of literature review,case study,interview and historical analysis,taking the self-organization of community sports embedded in Community Governance model and promotion path as the research object.Studying how community sports self-organization can achieve subjective growth in the context of social development in the context of system transition and economic transformation.And how to gradually embed in the "maternal environment" of community governance to realize self-healing and self-improvement,and even to feedback community governance and promote the community to achieve "good governance".First of all,based on the perspective of historical analysis,the founding of New China has been divided into three stages: "Unit China","Transforming Society" and "Community China".The three relationship patterns of "Isomorphism","Attachment" and "Embedding" formed in different stages.Secondly,choosing Y Street Community Square Dance Organization in Shanghai for case analysis,and then exploring the process,dimensions and characteristics.Finally,based on the above theoretical and practical research,in response to the current practical difficulties faced,the promotion path of embedding community sports self-organization embed into community governance is proposed. |
