Externalizing problem behaviors,as a common psychological adaptability problem of teenagers, its occurrence mechanism and prevention have attracted extensive attention of researchers in the field of psychology.Junior middle school students are in adolescence, and significant changes have taken place in their physiology and psychology.Paying attention to the exploration and cultivation of potential positive forces is conducive to the healthy development of junior middle school students’ mind and body.Resilience is one of the important positive forces.Individual externalizing problem behaviors are affected by both individual factors and external factors. This study selects the external factor campus exclusion, discusses its relationship with junior middle school students’ externalizing problem behaviors, and focuses on introducing resilience as an intermediary variable to explore its mechanism between campus exclusion and junior middle school students’externalizing problem behaviors. On this basis, the resilience intervention curriculum program is further formulated to intervene in the resilience of junior high school students, with a view to reducing their Externalizing problem behaviors by improving resilience. In Study 1,543 subjects were randomly selected from grade 1,grade 2 and grade 3 of a middle school in Guizhou Province by questionnaire. The research was conducted by using the adolescent school exclusion scale, resilience scale for adolescents and conduct problem tendency scale as research tools to investigate the relationship between campus exclusion, resilience and externalization problem behavior of junior middle school students. After processing and analyzing the data, the results are as follows:(1)There are significant gender differences in externalizing problem behaviors, and the score of boys’ externalizing problem behaviors is significantly higher than that of girls; There is a significant difference in the level of father’s education. The score of resilience of junior middle school students whose father’s education level is primary school and junior middle school is significantly higher than that of junior middle school students whose father has no education.;The campus exclusion of left behind junior middle school students is significantly higher than that of non left behind junior middle school students.(2)There is a significant positive correlation between campus exclusion and externalizing problem behaviors; There is a significant negative correlation between campus exclusion and resilience; There is a significant negative correlation between resilience and externalizing problem behaviors.(3)Campus exclusion has a positive predictive effect on the externalization problem behaviors of adolescents.(4)Resilience plays a mediating role between campus exclusion and externalizing problem behaviors. In Study 2,the quasi-experimental method and interview method were used.On the basis of study 1,the resilience intervention course was designed for each dimension of resilience. In the second grade of junior middle school, two classes with no significant difference in resilience and externalizing problem behaviors were randomly selected as the research objects. The experimental group received 10 resilience intervention courses, and the control group did not receive any treatment. At the end of the resilience intervention course, the differences between the two groups of students in resilience and externalizing problem behaviors were compared, and the students’ feedback on the effect of the course was collected through interview. The results show that:The resilience curriculum can not effectively reduce the externalizing problem behaviors of junior middle school students, but on the whole, the score of externalizing problem behaviors of students in the experimental group shows a downward trend, indicating that the resilience intervention curriculum plays a positive role in reducing the externalizing problem behaviors of junior middle school students. In this study, the external risk factors(campus exclusion)and internal protective factors(resilience)are combined into a model to investigate. In theory, this study further explains the internal influence mechanism of campus exclusion on junior middle school students’externalizing problem behaviors, discusses the intermediary role of resilience between campus exclusion and externalizing problem behaviors, and enriches the relevant research on the negative impact of campus exclusion on teenagers. In practice, the implementation of resilience intervention curriculum has played a positive role in reducing the externalizing problem behaviors of junior middle school students. At the same time,it can also provide a certain degree of resilience and reference for subsequent researchers.
