At the end of last century,in order to change the state that traditional education pays too much attention to students’ mechanical memory and teachers’ blind indoctrination,educators proposed that students should use "learning plan" for learning,and the learning plan teaching mode came into being.Based on the students’ cognitive law,the learning plan teaching mode pays attention to the students’ own development and highlights the students’ dominant position,which can effectively improve the students’ autonomous learning ability and classroom teaching effect,so it has been rapidly popularized.Three senior high schools in Jiyang district have been teaching with the learning plan teaching mode and achieved good results.However,there are still some problems in the implementation of learning plan teaching model in biology teaching,which need to be discussed and improved.In order to better understand the application of the learning plan teaching model in the biology teaching of middle schools in Jiyang District,based on the learning plan design theory and the law of students’ cognitive development,this paper carried out an investigation and Research on the current situation of the design and implementation of the learning plan by using the methods of questionnaire,interview and so on.The survey found that some teachers have problems in the design of learning plan.The design of learning plan ideas and learning objectives mainly focuses on Teachers’ experience and the opinions of discipline group members,ignoring students;The link design of learning plan lacks post-school reflection and summary of knowledge points,which can not meet the needs of students’ development;The content design of learning plan focuses on knowledge mastery rather than ability development.In the process of teaching with learning plan,teachers focus on learning plan and ignore textbooks;Lack of guidance for students in the process of using the study plan.Students can’t make clear the meaning of each link in the process of using the study plan;We can’t think seriously and deeply about the case problems in class;It takes too long to complete the after-school case;The learning plan cannot be effectively saved after use.In view of the problems found,it is proposed that teachers should deeply study the curriculum standards and clarify the core elements of learning plan design;Fully understand the students and grasp the overall direction of study plan design;Carefully analyze the teaching materials and clarify the overall framework of learning plan design;Deeply excavate the teaching materials and clarify the specific contents of the study plan design;Widely read the literature,clarify the theoretical problems of learning plan design and other optimization strategies of learning plan design.It is proposed that teachers should supervise and urge the preview of new knowledge to improve learning efficiency;Guide interactive inquiry and boost the development of ability;Use exercises to consolidate and test learning achievements and other optimization strategies for the application of learning plans.This paper puts forward the precautions before the use of pre class case,in class case and after class case,the basic requirements in use,and the treatment methods after use.On the basis of theoretical guidance and optimization strategies,the study cases of new teaching,review and experiment courses are designed respectively.The results show that the optimized case design is more effective for students’ knowledge mastery and ability development under the background of the new college entrance examination.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn: at present,the learning plan teaching mode adopted by three senior high schools in Jiyang District of Jinan is in line with the teaching reality of this area;The attitude of teachers and students towards the learning plan teaching mode is positive,and they are satisfied with the overall use effect of the learning plan;There are still some problems to be solved in the process of learning plan design and implementation;When designing the study plan,teachers refer to the scientific theory of the study plan design,flexibly change the links according to the course characteristics,deeply excavate the teaching materials,clarify the key and difficult points,and select exercises in combination with the characteristics of students,which can effectively improve the quality of the study plan;When using learning plan teaching,teachers can optimize the application links according to the actual teaching and students’ actual situation,and help students clarify the requirements and specific measures for the use of learning plan,which can effectively improve the application effect of learning plan;Through the above strategies,the optimized study plan is more conducive to students’ learning under the background of the new college entrance examination and continuously improve the quality of biology teaching.
