The concept of steady state and balance is an important content of the concept of life,and also an important subject thought.The concept of steady state and balance refers to that life system is a stable and balanced system,which is realized by regulation.Starting from the research background and current situation of the concept of steady state and balance,and on the basis of previous studies,integrating Problem-Based-Lean(PBL for short)teaching mode and graphic concept model,this paper attempts to build a teaching design process suitable for the cultivation of the concept of steady state and balance,and designs cases according to the teaching process and tests its effectiveness,so as to provide reference for the cultivation of the concept of steady state and balance of students.The research mainly adopts literature method,case analysis method and experiment method,which is composed of the following six parts:The first part: questions raised.This paper elaborates the research background from three aspects: the need of social development,the need of students’ development and the requirements of the new curriculum standard.Combining with the research status of steady-state and balanced outlook cultivation in foreign and domestic countries,it puts forward the purpose,significance,ideas and methods of this teaching design research.The second part: literature review.This paper expounds the relevant concepts of this research,including core literacy,life concept,stable and balanced concept,teaching design;introduces the theoretical basis of the research,including philosophy of life science,discipline structure theory,constructivism learning theory;and literature review of relevant teaching design.The third part: the teaching design of high school biology steady state and balance view training.To formulate teaching design strategies and teaching design processes for the cultivation of students’ steady-state and balanced outlook,so as to clarify the ideas of teaching design based on the cultivation of steady-state and balanced outlook.Teaching design strategies include: Based on the concept of steady state and balance,making teaching objectives;creating problem situations,understanding biological knowledge;according to knowledge teaching,grasping important concepts;building conceptual models,promoting concept training.Teaching design process includes: clear teaching objectives,guide students to explore;design efficient problems,promote the construction of concepts;carry out model construction,clarify the relationship between concepts;establish the relationship between stability and balance;summarize applied knowledge,and form the concept of stability and balance.According to the above teaching design process,the teaching case design of "regulation by hormone" section is carried out,and the case is analyzed.The fourth part: the teaching practice of the cultivation of high school biology steady state and balance view.This paper makes a comparative experimental study on the teaching design case of "regulation by hormone",and compiles the pre-test questionnaire of "regulation by hormone",which mainly inspects students’ mastery of the importance of internal environment homeostasis,the regulation of nervous system and other knowledge,and compiles the post-test questionnaire of "regulation by hormone",which inspects students’ understanding of the importance of homeostasis and the maintenance of balance mechanism grasp the situation,the understanding of the relationship between steady state and balance,and the practical application of the concept of steady state and balance.Before the teaching,the pre-test questionnaire is issued to students to test whether their relevant knowledge base is consistent;after the teaching,the post-test questionnaire is issued to students to test whether the case teaching is effective.The fifth part: result analysis and discussion.Spss21.0 data statistics software was used to mark and review the test questionnaire,input the data into spss21.0 software,analyze and process the data obtained,and discuss the homogeneity of the experimental group and the control group,the difference of teaching effect.The sixth part: conclusion and suggestion.The following conclusions are drawn from the study: first,the teaching design of PBL teaching mode and concept model is more conducive to the formation of students’ stable and balanced view.Second,through the study of steady state and regulation mechanism,students can understand the relationship between steady state and balance.Therefore,it is suggested to actively carry out the teaching of integrating PBL teaching mode and concept model in teaching,and cultivate the students’ view of stability and balance.
