Secondary vocational school students are in the "jointing and booting stage",which is an important stage of physical and mental development.In the process of growing up,secondary vocational students will always have various psychological problems.Especially now it is in the period of normalization of epidemic prevention and control,and the development of all sectors of society has been affected to varying degrees.The current environment will not only have an impact on the mental health development of secondary vocational students,but also directly affect the cultivation of high-quality and highly skilled professionals in China’s whole modern vocational education.Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen mental health education for secondary vocational students in the period of normalization of the epidemic.This study investigated the problems existing in the current situation of mental health education in secondary vocational biology teaching through questionnaire,and studied the Countermeasures of effectively carrying out mental health education in biology teaching,in order to provide reference for secondary vocational biology teaching to better carry out mental health education.Based on a large number of references,this paper first summarizes the research and development status of mental health education at home and abroad,summarizes the relevant core concepts and theoretical basis,summarizes the factors affecting the mental health of secondary vocational students,and analyzes the feasibility of developing mental health education in biology teaching in secondary vocational schools in combination with the characteristics of the subject.Secondly,through the survey methods of measurement,questionnaire and interview,this paper investigates the current situation of mental health education in biology teaching in a secondary vocational school in Shaanxi Province.The survey results show that although schools and teachers pay more attention to mental health education in the normal period of the epidemic,biology teachers do not pay enough attention to mental health education in the teaching process,and there are still the following problems: schools have less guidance and training for teachers,teachers’ understanding of mental health education is not systematic,and little attention is paid to students’ mental health The relevant mental health education resources have not been deeply analyzed and effectively designed,and most teachers have a single way to evaluate students.Thirdly,according to the problems found in the survey,the principles of mental health education in biology teaching are put forward.On this basis,this paper puts forward the corresponding strategies from the aspects of secondary vocational school management,secondary vocational biology teaching and secondary vocational textbook compilation.At the level of school management,it puts forward some strategies to improve the attention to teachers’ mental health education and training and students’ mental health;At the level of biology teaching,this paper makes a strategic analysis from the aspects of educational concept,teaching objectives,teaching methods,textbook resources,experimental exploration activities and student evaluation.For the compilation level of teaching materials,this paper puts forward the strategy of combining the psychological development characteristics of secondary vocational students,increasing the content of mental health education and paying attention to the organic combination of the content of mental health education and biological professional knowledge.In order to promote teachers to make better use of textbook resources to carry out mentalhealth education,taking the compulsory one and two high school biology textbooks of people’s education edition as examples,this paper analyzes the resources of mental health education contained in the textbooks,and designs teaching cases.
