| The advent of the information age is driving profound endo-changes in basic education.Focusing on the development status quo of rural primary schools and improving teachers’ information literacy is an important basis for exerting the fulcity of information technology and deepening the construction of intelligent campuses,and is the key guarantee to promote the balanced development of urban and rural education information,especially in the western rural areas where the overall level lags behind.The physical content of junior high school is abstract and difficult to think,and with the organic integration of information technology and discipline,it can effectively expand learning resources and improve the efficiency of classroom teaching.Therefore,using the corresponding research tools,investigating and understanding the reality of the quality of physics teachers in rural junior high schools is conducive to clarifying the specific problems and causes of the development of literacy,and is of great theoretical value and practical significance for promoting the information literacy of physics teachers and even all faculty and staff,and promoting the professional development of teachers.Based on this,this paper focuses on the information literacy of junior high school physics teachers in Ning County,Gansu Province.On the basis of reference to the relevant research results,the "Information Technology Application Questionnaire for Physics Teachers in Rural Junior High School" was designed,which was conducted from the aspects of information consciousness,information knowledge,information ability and information ethics.In the survey,150 questionnaires were distributed to physics teachers in 18 secondary schools in Ning County,Gansu Province,and 145 were recovered,with a recovery rate of 96.7%,of which 140 effective questionnaires were 96.6%.Through investigation and development,the rural junior high school physics teachers in the county pay more attention to the application of information technology,can abide by the application norms of information technology,have certain application ability,however,there are still problems such as weak awareness of active participation in information technology application,poor ability of information technology application,lack of power of information technology application.According to the results of the investigation,this study puts forward the basic principles based on the practical ability of physics teachers,guided by normative standards,based on outstanding effectiveness and guaranteed by task,and constructs the relevant countermeasures to promote the development of information literacy of physics teachers in rural junior high schools from the following aspects,one is to reform the management concept,improve the management system,strengthen organizational security,promote professional development,optimize evaluation methods,further innovate school management ideas,and strengthen the school leadership of information literacy development.Second,through clear specific management objectives,enrich the content of information literacy cultivation,innovative information literacy education methods,further adhere to the people-oriented,and promote the independent development of physics teachers;Third,through the cohesion of all parties,strengthen the construction of information technology platform,optimize the development of information literacy of the external environment. |
