Research On Taekwondo Poomsae Culture From The Perspective Of Physical Practic

Through the relevant research on Taekwondo’s character,this paper summarizes and refines the unique cultural connotation of Taekwondo’s character,and promotes the research of Taekwondo’s character theory to develop in depth.From the cultural point of view,to study the philosophy of Taiji Yin Yang eight trigrams under the Zhouyi culture to support the Taekwondo character boxing theory as an important content,gradually enrich the theoretical connotation of Taekwondo Development in sports.Through physical practice,we can feel the philosophy and culture of Taekwondo character,and get important enlightenment from it.From exploring the culture of Taekwondo character under the view of body,to exploring the culture of Taekwondo character under the view of skill practice,to the final comprehensive summary,that is,the research from the perspective of physical practice.Explore the cultural connotation of its existence,summarize and sort out the cultural theory of moral character,highlight the uniqueness of moral character culture,and enrich the connotation of moral character culture.Taking the character culture of taekwondo as the research object,this paper explores its aesthetics,health and combat practicability as well as oriental philosophy and culture.Using the methods of literature,logical analysis and historical research as the research methods.To solve the problem of skill and culture exploration in physical practice;To solve the practical problems of surface culture and deep culture from the perspective of physical practice;To solve the problem of body practice from skill knowledge of technique to Philosophy guidance of body view.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)from the aspects of movement,speed,strength,attack and defense,we can draw the conclusion that there is the law of yin and Yang.This includes a change point,which is the symbol of the law of yin and Yang.The characteristics of action are:consistency,stability,standardization,strictness and accuracy.The external characteristics of character are:the relativity of yin and Yang and the linearity of eight trigrams.In the theory of Zhouyi,Taiji,Bagua,yin and yang are all the theoretical rules of character and technique,which can be confirmed by character and technique.(2)The philosophical implication on the surface of moral character is the philosophical implication of Zhouyi culture,which studies the "whole" view,the"separation and combination" view,and the "always" view with moral character as the main body;The concept of "dichotomy" and "unity of opposites" of yin and Yang;The concept of "sameness" and "three talents" in eight trigrams;It is not only the choice of people’s spiritual value,but also the payment of the country and the expectation of the people,giving the people love and care.(3)The deep philosophical culture of moral character is about the body,which is represented by moral character.It is the body of Oriental people,which is different from that of Western body philosophy.It can be concluded that the body of character is not limited to the western epistemology,it is a concrete reality,which can be felt through the integration of experiential knowledge and body knowledge.It has its own structure.And through the body practice of technical knowledge and the "form and spirit" and "Qi" under the body and consciousness to cultivate the body,or to cultivate the change and feeling of these forces.At the same time,these views can reshape the ordinary Oriental body.According to the conclusion,the corresponding suggestions are as follows:(1)for the study of character and its techniques,we can grasp the development direction and motivation through the study of character after it is spread in China,so as to find an opportunity for the spread and development of Wushu in foreign countries.Wushu in China needs the government to put forward relevant policies and development oriented documents.And grasp the international situation,it is suggested to form the theoretical structure and cultural structure of Wushu system,not just the organizational system.And our country’s martial arts also need to give culture to martial arts,martial arts to culture,learn from the experience of the development of character culture,let martial arts better with the world.(2)The philosophical culture of Zhouyi is worth studying to explore the philosophical nature of this martial arts culture.In view of the research on the turn of sports and philosophy,we should strengthen the development of interdisciplinary branches.At the same time,the cultural nature of character also needs to be improved in teaching.The importance of theoretical knowledge of Taekwondo can not be ignored.(3)When talking about sports from the perspective of body philosophy,researchers need to study this field deeply through the body as the main body,the Oriental perspective,and the epistemology of the integration of skill knowledge and body knowledge,that is,to study philosophy and scientific theory from specific fields.The development of physical practice still needs to be strengthened,for which there is little research abroad,and China should seize the opportunity to study this theory.The essence of philosophy and culture combined with bodily cognition and culture and martial arts is a way to pay attention to the development of scientific research and the strategy of national culture.
