Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of information technology,the life of people at the same time,by the convenience of network information security problem increasingly apparent,network structure complexity and the diversity of network technology in the process of attack-defense,determines the network security-related data source,the characteristics of heterogeneous and fragmentation,leading to network security situation analysis facing serious challenges.In view of network space’s huge distributed information base,how to realize the effective integration and association of network security-related data,efficient management,analysis and reasoning,and then provide network security governance services is a significant problem facing the current network security situation analysis.Multilayer network overcomes the limitation that traditional single-layer network only focuses on the network characteristics of a particular layer and associates different networks according to a specific relationship to integrate multi-source heterogeneous data effectively.Multilayer networks can effectively integrate and associate different types of data in network space,which supports network security managers to correctly judge network security situations and make corresponding decisions in the next step.Aiming at the multi-dimensional features of cyberspace data,this paper constructed a multilayer network model that could describe the multi-dimensional features of the Internet,proposed a multilayer network layout algorithm based on the improved force-directed algorithm,and designed and implemented the multilayer network modeling and visualization prototype system,achieving the following results:1.Build a multilayer network model that can depict the multi-dimensional features of the Internet.Aiming at the limitation that traditional single-layer networks cannot represent multi-dimensional characteristics of spatial network data,this paper proposes a three-layer network modeling method for Internet network equipment layer,business application layer,and user role layer based on single-layer network modeling.At the same time,to overcome the problem that the traditional single-layer network modeling method only relies on node degree and ignores the influence of kernel number,a single-layer network modeling method based on kernel number is proposed.Experiments show that the model constructed in this paper can better reflect the multilayer characteristics of the real Internet,and the improved single-layer model is more consistent with the features of the real single-layer network than the current degree-based method.2.Proposed a multilayer network layout algorithm based on an improved forcedirected algorithm.To solve the problem that the random layout of nodes in the traditional force-directed algorithm at the initial time can cause unstable layout effect,an improved network initial layout strategy based on the number of nodes cores was designed,and a single-layer network layout algorithm based on the number of nodes cores was proposed by introducing the number of nodes into the force calculation of nodes.Based on the single-layer network layout,considering the influence of interlayer edge on node location distribution,the force model of the multilayer network node is designed,and a visual layout algorithm for multilayer network is proposed.The algorithm is evaluated and analyzed by network edge crossing,layout iteration,and other evaluation indexes.3.Design and implement multilayer network modeling and visual prototype system.Through the system requirements analysis,database design,function module design and the test experiment,formed to support multilayer network based on the actual data generating and multilayer network visual layout show the prototype of the system,and provide flexible interactive methods exploration of multilayer network structure characteristics,can provide space for network security situation generating technology and module support.
