With the development of the Internet technology,the network information is becoming more and more complex and diverse.At the same time,the growing network information also poses great challenges to network management.Through the different visual manifestations of the network,user can clearly obtain the current network state and analyze complex network data.The traditional visualization for network faults usually only focuses on the application services or network topology.However,the single-layer network visualization is difficult to display the different levels of association in the network.It is also difficult to show the influence of network failure completely.In this paper,in order to display the network fault,our research presents a multidimensional network associated visualization method and designs a multidimensional network topology visualization system.By visualizing the security status of the entire network,researchers can quickly locate the fault sources and reduce the breakdown influence scope when a network fails.The main work of this paper consists of two parts.Firstly,this paper proposes a multi-dimensional network associated visualization method.In the 2D space,this method connects geographic location layer and network control layer to show global network topology.In the 3D space,this method connects application service layer,network control layer and geography location layer by IP mapping relationships in order to display the state of the entire network.Secondly,this paper designed and implemented a multidimensional network visualization system based on the proposed multi-dimensional network visualization method.The system displays the network status and the relationship between network in 2D and 3D space.It also provides versatile,visual and graphical approaches for user-friendly operation.Through the operation and testing of the system,the system can smoothly display the nodes information and the relationship between nodes in the network.Users can easily discover the scope of network faults through this system in the presence of faults within the network.
