The global outbreak of the global corona virus in early 2020 has accelerated the digitization of daily life and work, and the Internet has also become an important link for people who are isolated at home.At this time, the survival plight of "digital refugees" and "digital migrants" who have not yet integrated into and adapted to Internet life is highlighted.Especially in the rural areas of digital depression, the middle-aged and old people who cannot master Internet technology are more likely to be ignored as "digital refugees".This article selects the middle-aged and elderly people in Juntun rural villages in Wenshang County,Shandong Province as the research object.Through the field questionnaire survey,on the basis of studying their network literacy, family relations, willingness to participate in feedback,to analyze the main reasons that affect the effect of digital feedback.Research has found that network literacy, family relationships, and willingness to digital feedback are positively correlated with the effect of digital feedback, and that the effect of digital feedback is affected by factors such as age, cultural and educational level, and economic status.Compared with other rural, digital feedback in this area has its own characteristics. The data analysis results show that the surveyed area in this article is indeed a digital depression, especially the middle-aged and elderly people have a single digital access method and the level of use of smart devices is worrying, mainly to obtain information from mobile phones. On the one hand, because the economic development level of the area and the cultural education level of the villagers are generally low,the basic conditions for the villagers to independently learn network knowledge and skills are weak.On the other hand, because the children of this place have a single content of digital feedback to their parents, they mainly focus on the use of instant messaging social software and graphic and video software, and applications such as online travel, shopping, and payment to further improve the digital living standard have not become the focus.Compared with the empirical research using interviews and observations with specific urban populations as the object, this study closely cooperates with local grassroots staff, and goes deep into rural areas to obtain first-hand data through household surveys and uses quantitative data. The method of analysis makes the research results more intuitive and provides an effective reference for improving the digital living standards of local middle-aged and elderly people. At the same time, the research results of this article also provide practical help for local grassroots cadres to find out the Internet usage of villagers in their jurisdiction, guide and help villagers to use Internet technology to improve the quality of digital life, and to release idle labor to expand employment channels for poverty alleviation. |
