Research On The Factors Influencing The Sampling Of Humanities And Social Sciences Representative Works And Systematic Research In China

For a long time,some undesirable phenomena and improper orientation in the implementation of scientific research and academic evaluation mechanisms have formed negative phenomena such as academic bubbles and academic misconduct,which have damaged the benign ecology of the academic environment and seriously affected the enthusiasm of scholars’ innovation.These negative phenomena have aroused the general concern of the state and society,and General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the 2018 General Assembly of the two academies that the phenomena of thesis,title and academic qualifications are still serious in China;the State Council,the Ministry of Education and other departments have issued relevant policy recommendations one after another.Regarding academic evaluation and its related fields,"representative works" and "representative work evaluation" have become hot spots of research and social concerns.The introduction of a series of national documents and policies on academic evaluation and the general concern of the society in the academic field have marked the beginning of a new round of reform in the application of theoretical methods and evaluation systems for scientific research and academic evaluation in China.In this paper,we propose a method for selecting representative works that combines scientometric method and peer review,and construct a system for selecting representative works papers.The system of "masterpiece" paper selection.The main contents of this paper include three aspects: first,literature research,summarizing the theoretical research results of the representative work system,citing cases of representative work system construction and implementation,and introducing the general methods of representative work evaluation and representative work selection.Second,questionnaire survey and data analysis,research on the selection and attitude of scholars in the field of humanities and social sciences on the factors influencing the representative work sampling,according to the amount of questionnaires selected three majors of library intelligence,management and law for professional analysis and comparative analysis,forming a paradigm of research on the factors of representative work sampling in humanities and social sciences represented by three majors.Based on the questionnaire data,we analyzed scholars’ perceptions of the characteristics of representative works papers in graphical intelligence disciplines,and analyzed the recognition of the representative works system and the preference of the characteristics of representative works papers among scholars with different identities in graphical intelligence disciplines.On the basis of the questionnaire analysis,hypotheses are proposed,and SPSS statistical analysis software is used to calculate and test the indicators of each influencing factor,and multiple linear regression equations are used to predict the three disciplines of library intelligence,management and law as examples.The system will search the authors,titles and topics of the papers and filter them according to the search situation,extract and analyze the features of the screened papers,and select the papers by manual scoring and systematic sorting.This paper summarizes the theoretical and applied research on the evaluation of masterpieces at home and abroad,and analyzes the factors influencing the selection of masterpieces in Chinese humanities and social sciences,taking the graphical discipline as an example.At the same time,the results of the multiple linear regression analysis of the three majors are combined with the characteristics of their respective majors to explore the selection of factors influencing the selection of masterpieces by humanities and social sciences majors,such as library and intelligence,in an attempt to establish a more objective,accurate and efficient system for the selection of masterpieces in Chinese humanities and social sciences,and to explore a system for the selection of masterpieces that can be adapted to different humanities and social sciences.This will enrich the theoretical system of "representative works" to a certain extent,and also expand the application of library theory in academic evaluation.
