Abstract/Summary:
In recent decades,Io T devices have blossomed in all walks of life,and the security of devices has become more and more important with its wide application.Io T devices are often located in resource-constrained scenarios,among which mobile devices,medical wearables The resources of the device are more strictly limited,so it is difficult to directly move the traditional security solution with high resource expenditure to the Io T device.Physically unclonable functions are a very low-cost security authentication scheme.The resources for implementing physical unclonable functions are few,and most physical unclonable functions do not require additional CPU computing power for auxiliary calculations.Introduced differences that cannot be completely erased generate differential information,and only a given stimulus can be obtained to obtain a corresponding response.However,the LFSR-based PUF has the problem of CRP leakage.In addition,the Glitch PUF suitable for FPGA has the problem that the CRP space is small and the layout and routing need to be redesigned with each generation update.Therefore,the following work is proposed:First.This paper proposes a fuzzy feedback shift register PUF.By modifying the taps between the LFSR registers,the excitation is updated to solve the problem of CRP leakage.In addition,an entropy source simulation circuit is introduced to improve the overall PUF performance.Entropy,and the currently generated response bits are involved in the next cycle,and multi-bit responses are generated through multiple cycles to meet different needs.Second.This paper proposes a RO PUF based on the built-in look-up table of FPGA.The PUF connects multiple look-up tables in parallel and then connects to a multiplexer.Then,the multiplexer is connected to the compensation module,and the compensation module is connected to address generator.The address generator generates multiple addresses,and each address is divided into two parts,one part is input into the look-up table,and the other part is used to select the output of the look-up table,and the values stored in the multiple addresses are cyclically output,thereby generating oscillation.The CRP space of this design is a number of combinations,if 64 lookup tables are connected in parallel,and 24 addresses are generated,a total of about CRPs can be generated.In addition,by expanding the number of generated addresses,the CRP space can be further expanded.
