With the development of science today,the detection and processing of photoelectric signal play an increasingly important role,whether in gas detection,high-precision spectrophotometric,photoacoustic spectroscopy,laser ranging and other fields.These will all using light as a medium to detect useful information and extracting the information by photoelectric detection and signal processing finally.With the research from theoretical analysis to project implementation,from laboratory environment to practical application scenarios,the large-scale instrument and equipment used in past,such as lock-in amplifier and computer used to process signal,are not suitable for practical scenarios.Then a series of requirements are put forward for miniaturization and intelligence.The FPGA and ARM are used as the core of the system.The FPGA realizes high-speed digital signal processing.The ARM realizes external communication and result display.The core of the system combining with reasonable peripheral realizes the correlation and locked-in amplifier algorithm.Its small size,high-speed,wide application range,can meet the practical needs.The main works in this thesis are as follows:1.The applications of photoelectric signal detection and processing are introduced,including gas detection,high-precision optical component detection,photoacoustic spectroscopy and other fields,and the corresponding application scenarios and signal processing methods are analyzed.2.According to the structure of the photoelectric detection processing system,the noise analysis is listed.The correlation and locked-in amplifier algorithm are selected based on the noise analysis.3.Combined with the algorithm and application scenario,circuit hardware structure was designed and the signal integrity and power integrity are analyzed.4.According to the algorithm,the codes of the correlation and locked-in amplifier algorithm were completed.How to flexibly use these algorithms is listed in the end.5.The function of the hardware is verified and the improvement directions are discussed.
