| With the rapid development and popularization of modern information technology with internet technology as its core,the provision and popularization of online knowledge services has become an important focus and focus of our information resource exploitation strategy at this stage,and the future development is of great significance.online knowledgeservice refers to the knowledge service based on Internet service platform.And crowdsourcing is a way of engaging people based on internet platforms.The combination of crowdsourcing and onlineed knowledge services can realize the innovation of onlineed knowledge service model,use the unique processing perspective and high professional ability of the recipient,improve the efficiency and quality of knowledge service task,realize the rapid value addition of information andknowledge,solve the existing problems in the course of knowledge service and meet the new challenges.After combing the concepts and related theories of crowdsourcing,knowledge services and online knowledge services,this paper analyzes the online knowledge service platform by means of online survey and literature research.This paper applies the crowdsourcing model to the online knowledge service,puts forward the functional model of the online knowledge service crowdsourcing platform,and finally designs the framework of the online knowledge service crowdsourcing platform,which has some reference value for improving and optimizing the online knowledge service. |
