The unbalance of doctor-patient ratio and the difficult for doctor-patient communication to cover the whole process,cause the patients may not have sufficient understanding of the disease.This problem can be alleviated to a certain extent through mutual communication among patients.However,due to reasons such as privacy,geographical separation,and time asynchrony,offline communication among patients is difficult to achieve.Social media based on online community provides an effective way to solve the communication among patients.However,the online community is mixed,and patients are not only difficult to find real patients,but also reluctant to share their medical information on a large scale due to concerns about privacy leakage.In view of the above situation,this paper studies the patient online information exchange mechanism,and proposes a blockchain-based patient online information exchange model,so as to solve the problem that the authenticity of medical information on the Internet is difficult to guarantee and real patients cannot be found.The model uses the Hyperledger Fabric consortium chain as the underlying framework to store medical data on the chain,and patients communicate off-chain.In this model,patients can anonymously share real medical information and communicate with other patients.In view of the performance bottleneck of the blockchain,the medical summary data needed for patient communication were chosen to upload,designed to use the least and valuable medical data to locate specific patients.Based on the PKI system to authenticate the identities of all roles,the doctor’s real-name ensures the authenticity of medical data,and patients use digital identities to protect their privacy.Smart contracts were used to perform dual authentication on data upload to ensure that all the data on the blockchain is true and reliable,aiming to avoid malicious uploading by authorized personnel.The improved K-RBFT consensus mechanism was used to make the blockchain reach a consensus faster.Based on the above model,a blockchain-based patient online information exchange system was designed and developed.The system architecture,various functional modules and physical data model are designed according to the requirement analysis of patients’ online information exchange.The development of the system was realized using technologies such as Golang and Mysql and the functional and non-functional tests of the system were carried out and analyzed.The results showed that the system could share medical data under the premise of ensuring patient privacy,and meet the needs of patients for online information exchange.
