The development of big data,Internet of Things and other technologies has gradually transformed industrial production and manufacturing into intelligent upgrading,forming the coordination and integration of human,information and machine.Visualization of production process information,real-time process information,product monitoring information,and early warning and maintenance information in the production process has become a new demand of intelligent industrial manufacturing system.The presentation of information in industrial manufacturing system affects people’s cognitive performance and thus affects the production efficiency of the whole system.In this paper,the principles of interface information visualization design are analyzed,and a set of interface information visualization design specification for industrial manufacturing system is generated by means of experimental investigation and questionnaire survey.The design method is applied to design,and the validity of the design specification is proved.The main research results are as follows:(1)Card information visualization model,interface information cognitive process and interface design elements of industrial manufacturing system are analyzed.In order to improve the efficiency of interface cognition,a process model of interface information visualization in industrial manufacturing system was proposed.(2)The design specification of interface information elements of industrial manufacturing system is put forward.The information classification method and information structure form are analyzed to form the whole information hierarchical method,and the interface information priority evaluation model based on analytic hierarchy process is established to form the local information hierarchical method.The design specification of the interface information elements of industrial manufacturing system is composed of local and whole information layers.(3)The design specification of interface visual elements in industrial manufacturing system is put forward.The interface characteristics of industrial manufacturing system were analyzed and the suitable interface layout forms were summarized.The search task behavior experiment was carried out,and two dominant layout forms were selected based on the experimental results.At the same time,the design principles of visual elements are summarized,the user needs of industrial manufacturing system interface are investigated,and the design specifications of industrial manufacturing system interface explanatory chart are summarized from the aspects of chart design,style design,color design,text design and widget design.Layout design and explanatory chart design constitute the design specification of interface visual elements in industrial manufacturing system.(4)Design practice has been carried out.Two design schemes are produced by applying the proposed design specification.Eye movement experiment and subjective satisfaction questionnaire were carried out to analyze the experimental and survey data,select the optimal scheme,and verify the effectiveness of the design specification.(5)The screen selection,division of the screen and the adaptability of the design content are analyzed,and the adaptability scheme of the large screen display of the interface design is generated,which provides references for large screen display design of industrial manufacturing system interface.
