| With the advent of the Industry 4.0 era,the construction of industrial internet platforms has been widely concerned by the world.Various countries have issued relevant policies to encourage the development of industrial internet platforms,and China has also issued the relevant policy "Industrial Internet Innovation and Development Action Plan(2021-2023)" to promote the active development of industrial internet.From the perspective of digitization,the advantages of industrial internet platforms are even more significant,reflected in the digitization of infrastructure,production process and operation management.Industrial Internet platforms not only facilitate the comprehensive digital transformation of manufacturing companies,but also enable them to gain an edge in the fierce market competition.In order to create a quality industrial internet platform,multiagent from various industries and fields are required to collaborate across borders and gather multiple digital resources on the platform to ensure sustainable development.When multi-agent participate in the value co-creation activity of industrial Internet platform,more emphasis is placed on the relationship between multi-agent.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to deeply study the multi-agent value co-creation behavior of industrial Internet platform.From the digital perspective,this paper deeply studies the behavior of multi-agent value co-creation on C platform.Firstly,the concept is defined,and the general situation of C platform is introduced in detail.Based on the digital perspective,the main body of C platform is identified and the relationship structure of the main body is revealed.Secondly,the grounded theory is used to analyze the relevant data of C platform,identify the three stages of C platform value co-creation,and analyze the multi-agent behavior and influencing factors of each stage;then,on this basis,it combines the evolutionary game theory to construct an evolutionary game model of the platform enterprises,and then on top of that,the evolutionary game model of value co-creation among platform enterprises,complementary enterprises and user enterprises is constructed.The model is then combined with evolutionary game theory to construct an evolutionary game model of value co-creation among platform enterprises,complementary enterprises and user enterprises.The model is used to solve the stabilization strategy and analyze the equilibrium point,and MATLAB software is used to conduct simulations to summarize the influence of different factors on the behavioral strategies of the three parties.The research shows that:(1)Behaviors and resource integration among platform entities are the core of the value co-creation process.Platform enterprises,complementary enterprises and user enterprises in C Platform have different behaviors in different stages of value co-creation.(2)It is an ideal equilibrium state that multi-agent in C platform finally choose the "participation" strategy.Initial behaviors of multi-agent,digital risk losses,"free-rider" incomes,rewards,digital collaborative costs and value co-creation excess returns are all key factors affecting behavioral strategies.(3)According to the results of simulation analysis,relevant strategies are proposed for the agents in the platform: Create a good digital environment of the platform;Realize digital risk management;Integrate digital resources;Maintain good communication and interaction;Enhance the degree of mutual trust among multi-agent in the platform;Strengthen their own digital capacity building;Actively seek partners;Controlling digital collaboration cost;Improve the utilization of digital resources.This research not only enriched the theoretical study of industrial internet platform and value co-creation,but also provided a certain management enlightenment for Chinese industrial internet platform to develop value co-creation activities. |
