| China’s intellectual property service market is becoming increasingly competitive.With the continuous improvement of Internet technology,the construction of enterprise information is getting more and more attention.S company considers transformation and upgrading under the Internet plus mode,and constructs the integrated service platform of intellectual property online,that is,IP-CSP system.However,s company is a traditional service-oriented enterprise.Enterprise informatization is in the exploratory stage,with high demand uncertainty and frequent changes.In order to prevent the spread of project scope,avoid schedule delay and cost overrun,enterprises need to pay attention to and improve the project scope management process.Taking the IP-CSP project of S company as the research background,combined with the theoretical knowledge of project scope management,this paper studies and analyzes the scope management problem of the system in phase Ⅰ project,gives the optimized solution,and applies it in the IP-CSP phase Ⅱ upgrading project of S company,in order to achieve better results.This paper studies the demand collection and analysis process,and scientifically manages the demand by establishing the demand pool.WBS,four quadrant rule of demand priority and other tools and methods are used to optimize and improve the project scope definition process.Finally,the application effect of project scope management in practical projects is guaranteed through the informatization of organizational structure and improving the cognition of enterprise informatization concept.The content of this paper is a powerful innovation and support point for the second phase upgrading project of S company’s IP-CSP system,which can greatly reduce the difficulty in the early stage of the project,speed up the project construction process,improve the enterprise production efficiency,obtain higher user satisfaction,effectively improve the level of project scope management,and provide reference for the company’s future information development project. |
