As the focus of this curriculum reform,the construction of activity-based subject courses in high school ideology and politics has pointed out the direction for the subsequent reform of teaching ideology and politics subjects.For high school ideology and politics teaching,current affairs speech activity has important value,which fits the requirements of the new curriculum reform for high school ideology and politics teaching.On the one hand,it can help teachers change their teaching philosophy and teaching methods.On the other hand,it enables students to continuously improve their learning ability and let their subject core literacy cultivation take root in the activities.Based on the questionnaire survey and interview activities,this thesis analyzes the current affairs speech activities with teaching cases,and explores how to better apply current affairs speech activities in high school ideology and politics teaching.The main contents of this study are related to the following aspects,which are:Introduction part: First,the background of this study is sorted out and introduced,and on this basis,the significance of conducting this study is elaborated from both theoretical and practical levels.Secondly,the literature related to this study is fully reviewed,and the theoretical and practical results of domestic and foreign research on current affairs speech activities are compiled and summarized into a research review,so as to lay the foundation for the subsequent in-depth study.Finally,we briefly introduce the ideas and methods used in this study,and propose the innovative value of this study.Part I: Explaining the basic connotation and application significance of current affairs speech activities in high school ideological and political teaching.Firstly,the concept of current affairs speech activity is defined,mainly analyzed in terms of subject,content,form and steps.Secondly,the six aspects of autonomy,guidance,time limit,orientation,issue,and context are used to explain the characteristics of its application in high school political teaching,and then analyze the significance of the application of current affairs speech activities in high school ideological and political teaching.Part II:To carry out a questionnaire survey,combined with my teaching practice and through the teachers and students to carry out surveys and interviews,analysis of the current high school ideological and political teaching,the shortcomings of the use of current affairs speech activities,summarize the problems of the use of current affairs speech activities,mainly including the following aspects: the use of current affairs speech activities in high school ideological and political teaching frequency needs to be improved;current affairs speech topics and The content of current affairs speech is chosen randomly,lacking in depth thinking;the form of current affairs speech is single,lacking in flexibility and interest;students’ expression ability is weak and their speech skills are poor;the evaluation of current affairs speech activities is not scientific enough,lacking in summary and reflection.After conducting questionnaires and interviews,classroom observations and survey results are organically combined to analyze the reasons behind the current problems manifested in the use of current affairs speech activities.From the teachers’ side,it is mainly the lack of awareness of the activity,the lack of activity design ability and the lack of activity organization ability.From the students’ side,it is mainly the utilitarian purpose of learning,the lack of interest in activities and the lagging of multiple learning abilities.Part III: Taking the problems and causes as the starting point,we analyze the effective strategies of using current affairs speech activities in current high school ideology and politics teaching: first,further update teachers’ teaching philosophy so that they can change the traditional curriculum concept and recognize the important value of activity-based subject courses,and at the same time,further understand the importance of current affairs speech activities.Second,to further improve teachers’ ability to design classroom teaching activities,combined with case studies,specifically from the design of optimizing the teaching objectives of speech activities,optimizing the design of speech topics,optimizing the design of speech activity forms,to carry out in-depth analysis.Third,to further improve the teachers’ ability to organize activities,starting from the whole process of speech activities,including the formulation of rules,implementation and post-evaluation of activities.Fourth,pay attention to improving students’ overall quality and comprehensive ability,which can be started from the following three aspects,including cultivating positive learning attitudes,promoting thinking development and improving speaking ability.Fifth,further improve the school’s related support,such as the school’s organization of speech skills training for teachers and students,the construction of a current affairs resource base,and the study of proposing current affairs materials.
