The new curriculum reform requires that classroom teaching should be student-oriented,attach importance to teaching based on learning and commenting based on learning,highlight the principal position of students,and emphasize the role of teachers as "support".The researchers believe that the teaching form of "Little Teacher System" coincides with the basic idea of the new curriculum reform.In order to further verify the effectiveness of the "Little Teacher System",the researcher studied and practised the "Little Teacher System" with the carrier of the art and physical basic skills of preschool education major of the Preschool Normal College in F City,which has been practicing Tao Xingzhi’s concept for a long time.This research mainly adopted the educational action research method.Guided by the teaching concept of the new curriculum reform,the educational thought of "Little Teacher System" was the core idea of the action research,and the object was the "teaching of the art and physical basic skills" of the middle and senior students of preschool education major in the case school.Before the action research,the author made a preliminary understanding and assessment of the deficiencies in the teaching of the art and physical basic skills of preschool education major in the case school through interviews and observations,and found that there were mainly the following problems:the lack of professional instructors in the teaching of the art and physical basic skills of preschool education major,students’ weak interest in learning and students’ polarized learning attitudes.The author explored the causes of the three problems and then further discussed and developed solutions.The action research was carried out according to the research steps of "planning and implementation of actions-reflection adjustment-re-implementation-re-implement and re-reflect",and the classroom form of "Little Teacher System" was taken as the starting point to help solve the shortage of teachers with the art and physical basic skills in preschool education in case schools,to ensure the high quality and efficiency of students’ learning of the art and physical basic skills,but also to lay a solid foundation for students in the future internship and employment.On the premise of action research and rational thinking,and based on the expectation of the general application of the idea of "Little Teacher System" in specific teaching practices,the researcher puted forward several suggestions for the development and implementation of the contemporary "Little Teacher system" : A variety of ways and approaches to cultivate young teachers,scientific development of student management and assessment mechanism,emphasis on free teaching and learning,comprehensive improvement of teachers’ own quality,paying attention to the diversity and continuity of basic skills curriculum.
