| In recent years,with "the sport hot" growing,state and society increasing attention to the development of sports undertakings,to recognition of the importance of sports foundation education work also in deepening.As the key links of sports foundation education,preschool physical education can not only effectively excavate the potential of students in sports,for the country to discover more sport talents,also can help students lay a solid foundation for the future physical education learning.Therefore,in the course of development and reform of preschool education,it is important to emphasize the core status and importance of pre-school education.In this paper,using the methods of experimental investigation,the infant normal college of heilongjiang province Harbin,heilongjiang province,children’s demonstration of higher college,hegang normal college,qiqihar teachers college and Harbin institute of Bridges and other five involved in the investigation of physical education teaching in colleges and universities,and in the light of the characteristics of higher vocational college students themselves as well as adopting the teaching mode of college of physical education and training objectives are analyzed,and the sports classroom teaching in higher vocational colleges in our country and the problems existing in the physical education teachers team construction and disadvantages are analyzed.In order to ensure the reliability of the content,the author through data analysis,investigation,visits and other ways of five schools,from the actual teaching situation,teachers,teaching mode and teaching method for analysis,and obtained the following conclusions:First of all,the leadership of the higher vocational college for the sports teaching the importance of the lack of effective understanding,because the leadership not value of sports teaching in higher vocational colleges,to make ends meet every year for sports teaching costs,many higher vocational colleges sports venues is not difficult to use because of bad maintenance.Second,because of our country’s higher vocational colleges do not attach importance to the physical education industry,as a result,the degree of attention to the construction of sports teachers is not enough,schools for the cultivation of PE teachers is not sufficient,relevant training and study is less,the higher vocational colleges of physical education teachers in the teaching mode can only continue to use traditional,relatively backward mode of education,on the education idea is also difficult to keep up with the pace of The Times.Again,a number of senior professional colleges and universities to attract enough students,to a reduction in student admission standards,even as long as willing to spend money to the school,in this way,nature is difficult to secure the quality of students.Nowadays,the lack of learning interest and enthusiasm is the common fault of the many higher vocational college students,and in the process of sports teaching in higher vocational colleges not a lack of clear teaching goal,curriculum content set a single,also is the primary cause of the problem.Finally,higher vocational colleges in the process of teaching content,should take full consideration to the school’s own situation and common interests,students as the core to develop sports teaching content,planning of physical education curriculum,so as to realize the development and reform of our country’s higher vocational colleges and universities sports teaching.By above knowable preschool education in higher vocational colleges sports curriculum needs proceeding from reality,aiming at the problems existing in the practical teaching link,combined with teaching experience,to develop a scientific and reasonable countermeasures.And to understand its advantages and disadvantages,and for teaching,innovative teaching ideas and teaching methods,so as to promote the development of the preschool education professional sports curriculum. |
