| Since the 20 th century, school education has been an important stage of talent training, and it is a big responsibility to deepen the education reform and do a good job in physical education for teenagers. In order to solve the health problems such as obesity and emaciation, which are increasingly exposed by teenagers in recent years, and to improve their physical fitness and cultivate high-quality talents, schools all over the country actively carry out a variety of sports recess activities, and teenagers’ physical exercise has been paid attention to and made positive and effective progress. However, there are still phenomena such as mechanical going through the motions, blindly following the crowd and coping with things, which cannot fundamentally meet the physical needs of teenagers. Therefore, this paper studies cheerleading during the big break on campus, which aims to examine the current situation of cheerleading during the big break in Changchun primary schools and analyse the impact and influence that can be achieved during the implementation of cheerleading during the big break through a variety of cheerleading teaching practices.Cheerleading has its own characteristics, sports attributes and artistic beauty, which can well cultivate students’ team spirit, which is the most important spiritual quality for children in modern society. On the basis of predecessors’ research and drawing lessons from excellent cheerleading activities during recess,In this article, the research methods used are literature review, expert interview, questionnaire, experiment and mathematical statistics, taking 40 students from Class 2 in Kuancheng Campus of Tianjin Road Primary School for three years and 40 students from Class 2 in North Campus of Tianjin Road Primary School for three years as experimental objects.According to the teaching syllabus, the experimental group takes cheerleading during recess as the teaching content, while the control group takes traditional aerobics and running laps as the teaching content. After a12-week course teaching for students,This paper analyses the effect of inter-class cheerleading in primary schools on campus by comparing the data before and after the experiment and draws the following conclusions:1.Changchun primary school’s big recess form is the whole school centralized model; The activity time is 30 minutes and the activity frequency is twice a day; Most of the activities are broadcast gymnastics and running laps, and there are few exercises and dances; Some schools lack teachers and professional dance instructors;Teachers and students are very satisfied with cheerleading during the school recess, and students’ awareness of cheerleading has improved significantly.2.After three months’ cheerleading teaching experiment, there are no significant differences in the height and weight of students in the experimental group compared to students in the control group. Therefore, cheerleading on campus has no significant influence on the physical fitness of primary school students. However, the BMI data for students in the experimental group is better than the students in the control group, which shows that the improvement of body shape in the experimental group is better than in the control group.3.Through the experimental intervention of cheerleading during the big break, the lung capacity of the pupils in the experimental group has slightly improved, but there is no significant difference compared to the lung capacity of the pupils in the control group, which shows that cheerleading during the big break has no obvious promotion effect on students’ physical function.4.Cheerleading on campus can effectively improve students’ physical quality, especially speed and endurance, flexibility and coordination.5.After the experiment, students’ motivation to learn was analysed using a questionnaire,it is concluded that the students in the experimental group have stronger learning interest and self-confidence by learning cheerleading during the big recess than those in the control group who simply learn traditional aerobics during the break.Cheerleading at break time can boost students’ confidence and interest in PE lessons, which also shows that colorful cheerleading during recess can obviously promote and enhance students’ learning motivation in physical education. In the light of the above conclusions, the following proposals are made:1.After 12 weeks of experimental intervention,Using paired T-tests,it has been found that there is no significant difference in the height and weight of the pupils in the experimental group compared to the pupils in the control group, but the improvement situation is better than that in the control group, which is why pupils in the experimental group B1 cannot completely abandon the traditional content of recess gymnastics in the context of sports activities on campus. They should flexibly and autonomously choose the teaching content according to the actual situation in the school, take its essence and discard its dross, and appropriately.2.It is necessary to combine theory with practice in the physical activities between classes on campus, and apply cheerleading to more physical activities between classes. In addition to enhancing students’ physical fitness,we should pay more attention to students’ psychological problems such as depression and anxiety, and add activities to alleviate students’ negative emotions to the teaching content between classes in schools,so as to effectively pay attention to students’ mental health. |
