Research On Normalization And Institutionalization Of Ideal And Belief Education For College Students In The New Era

Ideal guides the direction of life,and faith determines the success or failure of career.Young college students are the most ambitious,energetic and dynamic group in society.The education of ideals and beliefs is of decisive significance for promoting the all-round development of college students,enhancing the innovation and creativity of the Chinese nation and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Since the18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the Party and the state have attached great importance to the education of college students’ ideals and beliefs,and The Fourth,Fifth Plenary Sessions of the 19 th CPC Central Committee have clearly put forward the requirement of "promoting the normalization and institutionalization of the education of ideals and beliefs",which has provided fundamental guidance for the education of college students’ ideals and beliefs in the new era.Under the background of the new era,the normalization and institutionalization of college students’ ideals and beliefs education is an important strategic issue related to the prosperity of the country,the rejuvenation of the nation and the happiness of the people.Only by persistently advancing and constantly consolidating can we truly and effectively guide college students to form lofty ideals and firm beliefs,and guide the vast number of young college students to firmly listen to and follow the party,embrace their dreams,dare to think and act,and be good young people in the new era with ideals,courage to take responsibility,hardship and willingness to struggle.Based on the new era,this paper makes an overall analysis and systematic research on the normalization and institutionalization of college students’ ideal and belief education.On the basis of combing the relevant research on the normalization and institutionalization of ideal and belief education at home and abroad,analyzes the shortcomings and looks for space to explore.This paper explains the related concepts in the normalization and institutionalization of college students’ ideal and belief education,clarifies their internal meanings and relationships,and makes a scientific concept definition.This paper starts from the relevant discussions on ideal and belief education in classical Marxist writers,excellent Chinese traditional culture and the theoretical achievements of Marxism in China,and comprehensively sorts out its theoretical origins,which provides a solid theoretical basis and rich ideological resources for this paper.To study the normalization and institutionalization of college students’ ideal and belief education in the new era,it is necessary to clarify its basic characteristics and principles,and observe its value implication from the strategic heights of promoting students’ growth,improving the level of ideological and political education and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Through a questionnaire survey of some college students in China,this paper analyzes the achievements and shortcomings of the normalization and institutionalization of college students’ ideals and beliefs education at this stage,explores the causes behind these problems from the environmental,institutional,carrier,operational and personal levels,and then explores scientific and effective countermeasures from the environmental,organizational,institutional,carrier and method dimensions.The mission of national rejuvenation should be realized by struggle,and the sail of life ideals should be raised by struggle,too.Ideals and beliefs are not a matter of a while,but a matter of a lifetime.The normalization and institutionalization of college students’ ideals and beliefs education is a systematic and dynamic process,which needs long-term persistence,comprehensive efforts and long-term efforts to promote the scientific,standardized and sustainable development of college students’ ideal and belief education,so as to build a solid soul of college students’ beliefs and constantly strengthen the "political soul" of college students’ learning progress and life development,so that youth can bloom in the fiery practice of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way.
