| The construction of teaching materials is a national affair,and teaching materials for Civic and Political Science courses carry the basic content of ideological and political education.Morality is the basis of personal stability and life,and moral education is the primary educational link of ideological and political education for students.The study of the articulation of moral education content in the unified primary and secondary school Morality and the Rule of Law can not only realize the effective coherence of the content of compulsory education level Civics and Political Science textbooks and promote the integration of the Civics and Political Science textbooks in primary and secondary schools,but also is the urgent need to implement the fundamental task of establishing moral education and is conducive to the cultivation of socialist builders and successors with comprehensive development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor.This paper takes the textbook of Ethics and the Rule of Law at the compulsory education level as an example,and analyzes in detail the moral education content in the textbook,which consists of an introduction and four parts.The introduction mainly introduces the background and significance of the study,sorts out the current situation of the articulation of moral education contents in schools at home and abroad,and also discusses the research ideas and research methods,the important and difficult points and innovation points of the study.The first part elaborates the core concepts,theoretical basis and articulation criteria of the articulation of moral education contents in Ethics and the Rule of Law.It includes the important discourses on moral education by Marx and the leaders of the Communist Party of China as theoretical guidance,Piaget’s theory of cognitive development stages and Kohlberg’s theory of moral cognitive development stages as intellectual reference,and the spirit of Party and state documents as policy guidance.The second part focuses on the current situation of the articulation of moral education content in Ethics and the Rule of Law.This paper adopts the comparative research method and text analysis method to study the curriculum standards and teaching materials of morality and rule of law in compulsory education,and selects the contents of honesty and trustworthiness,filial piety and respect for elders,public order and labor literacy as examples to explore their vertical articulation in the teaching materials,and concludes that the current curriculum of morality and rule of law has proper articulation of contents,but there are still certain problems.The third part analyzes the problems and causes of the articulation of moral education content in textbooks.Among them,the problems are manifested in the lack of content fracture and lack of holistic awareness;simple and inefficient repetition and lack of hierarchy;and inversion of before and after and lack of obvious sequential progression.The causes of the above problems come from several aspects.Based on the analysis of the problems and causes,the fourth part proposes the basic followings and basic paths for realizing the organic connection of textbook contents.In other words,it follows the law of students’ growth and development and the basic law of moral education process,plans the moral education curriculum objective system as a whole,scientifically designs the contents of teaching materials for each school section,strengthens the construction of teaching materials writing and research team,and improves the guarantee mechanism of teaching materials content articulation.The research on the articulation of moral education content in the unified primary and secondary school "Ethics and the Rule of Law" is an important part of promoting the integration of moral education in primary and secondary schools,and adding bricks to enhance the function of educating people in the teaching materials of Civics and Political Science for all school sections of compulsory education. |
