General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that "to promote the modernization of education,we must adhere to the unswerving opening up of education to the outside world,and strengthen interaction,mutual learning,intercommunication with countries around the world." at the National Education Conference.As far as ideological and political education is concerned,it is necessary to "mainly focus on me and incorporate everything",actively build a communication bridge between China and foreign of ideological and political education theories and practices.Openly and confidently study policy-oriented theories and practices of ideological and political education in other countries and nations around the world.The experience will contribute to the vigorous development of China’s ideological and political education in the new era.Today,Japan has experienced relatively obvious development and changes in ideological and political education.In view of these changes,always critically and dialectically studying the teaching and teaching materials of moral courses in Japanese middle schools is conducive to further grasping the new developments in Japan’s future ideological and political education,guarding against the invasion of Japanese right-wing elements and conservative forces,and further promoting the communication peacefully and deeply between China and Japan.This article adheres to the standpoint,viewpoint and method of Marxism,and adheres to self-centered and self-use throughout the research process.From a micro perspective,through critically examining the nationally approved textbook "New Morals" promoted by Japan,the paper reveals the goals,content,characteristics and problems of moral course teaching in Japanese middle schools.After comparing and analyzing my country’s actual situation,beneficial enlightenment and countermeasures are put forward.This article is divided into six parts except the introduction.The introduction mainly expounds the research background,significance,status at home and abroad,content and methods.The first part of the text explains the concepts of "moral course teaching" and "Japanese moral course teaching” and sorts out the history of Japanese moral course and textbook reform;the second part discusses that the teaching goal of Japanese middle school moral course is to guide students to learn independently,cooperate,communicate and in-depth practice;the third part divides the teaching of morality courses in Japanese middle schools into five aspects: self-growth,interpersonal communication,groupism,international understanding and life education by analyzing textbook "New Morals ";the fourth part summarizes the five characteristics of Japanese middle school moral course teaching;the fifth part conducts critical reflection on the teaching and teaching materials of Japanese middle school moral course,and puts forward four questions;the sixth part puts forward the enlightenment by the teaching reform of moral course in Japan according to the national conditions of our country,which is subdivided into five aspects.The innovation of this article is reflected in two aspects: First,after World War II,Japan abolished self-cultivation classes and in 2015 restarted moral courses in middle schools.In 2019,the textbook "New Morals" was officially put into use in middle schools.From the point of view of this policy,is a brand new change,is still in the initial stage,worthy of further investigation and review.Secondly,based on the existing data,the overall number of Chinese researches on Japanese moral education,civic education and family education is relatively large,but shows a decreasing trend in recent years.There is a lack of interpretation of the latest Japanese textbooks.Through this study,we can further enrich the theoretical connotation of moral curriculum in Japanese basic education stage,and make a modest contribution to the peaceful exchange and development of China and Japan.
