The Party and the government strongly support and develop vocational education for persons with disabilities,support the diversification of vocational education providers,and encourage the participation of social forces,among which social organizations play an important role.At present,the research on social organizations’ participation in vocational education mainly focuses on the participation motivation,public welfare and participation mode,and the research on the service supply of social organizations is relatively lacking.As a kind of disabled people,the vocational education of autistic youth should be paid more attention.By analyzing the process of multi-subject participation in the provision of vocational education for autistic youth under the existing policy framework,this study has enriched the research on the diversification of vocational education provision subjects.Taking the W organization in C City as the research object,this study investigated the vocational education needs of autistic young people,observed the service supply situation of social organizations,and deeply understood the specific practice of service supply by interviewing parents and teachers through the method of participant observation and interview.From the perspective of welfare availability,this paper analyzes the specific actions of social organizations to participate in vocational education for autistic youth,explores the problems they face and analyzes the reasons,and proposes targeted optimization paths.The study found that the vocational education needs of autistic young people include the protection of policies and laws,the support of education funds,the acquisition of vocational skills and social integration.The specific actions of social organizations participating in vocational education of autistic youth are as follows: carry out vocational education services closely combined with national policies,organize skills training and employment practice,and strive for multi-body welfare supply.The main difficulties faced by social organizations when they participate in vocational education for autistic young people are: low matching degree of service and demand,lack of professional quality and practical ability of teachers,and insufficient support from multiple subjects such as enterprises and families.The reason is that the current policy system is not enough to protect the intellectual disabled such as autism,the welfare transmission is not continuous,and the policy protection is slanted and targeted.At the same time,the imperfect vocational skills training system in the organization and the insufficient participation of the main body of vocational education welfare supply are also the reasons for the current practical dilemma.In view of this,this study puts forward the optimal path and policy for social organizations to participate in vocational education of autistic youth: improve the legal system,increase financial support;Cultivate social organizations and strengthen the coordination of multi-party suppliers;Enhance the ability of social organizations to participate in vocational education for autistic youth;Create a good vocational education atmosphere for autistic youth.
