Autism,also known as autism,is one of the most common and high-incidence developmental disorders in the world today.The 2016 "Report on the Development Status of China’s Autism Education and Rehabilitation Industry II" states that the number of autistic patients in China is not less than 10 million.At the same time,there is no official statistical data on the number of autism in China.According to the conservative data of the estimated population base and the incidence of autism in China,the number of autism in the compulsory education stage in China is about 2million.The realization of the right to education of autistic groups at the stage of compulsory education is directly related to the cultural literacy and employment of autistic groups,and it is also closely related to the improvement of social civilization and the development of compulsory education across the country.However,after a lot of research and practical investigations of scholars’ research results,the author found that the current status of compulsory education for autistic groups in China still has various problems in terms of educational opportunities,educational conditions and educational evaluation results.These problems are serious Restricted the realization of compulsory education rights of autistic groups.This paper explores the protection of the right to education of autistic groups in China from four parts: The first part defines the important concepts related to this article,discusses the ownership of rights and obligations at the compulsory education stage,and analyzes the guarantee of compulsory education Significance of the right to education in autistic groups at different stages.The second part is to sort out the content of the right to education of autistic groups in international conventions and domestic laws and regulations.The third part analyzes the current status and problems of the right to education of autistic groups in China’s compulsory education stage from the perspective of the right to education,namely the right to access to educational opportunities,the right to obtain educational conditions and the right to obtain educational evaluation results.In the fourth part,based on the current problemsand the current situation in China,the author sorts out the successful experiences that foreign countries can learn from,and explores the protection of compulsory education from three aspects: the right to education.The path to education for autistic groups.
