Research On Social Work Intervention Strategies For Elderly Community Participation From The Perspective Of Active Aging

Internationally,the standard definition of aging is that the number of people aged 60 and over 60 in a country or region accounts for 10% of the total population,or the number of people aged 65 and over 65 accounts for 7% of the total population,which means that the country or region has entered an aging society.Since 1999,our country has stepped into an aging society.The problem of population aging is becoming increasingly prominent worldwide.In order to ensure the steady development of society and economy,all countries are actively taking measures to solve the problem of population aging,so the concept of active aging has been put forward,which is the most comprehensive and extensive solution to the aging problem.Under the guidance of the concept of active aging,China has issued a series of policy documents to promote the active aging of the aging population."Participation" is one of the three core elements of active aging.Starting from "participation",stimulating the enthusiasm of the elderly to participate and mobilizing the community participation of the elderly is conducive to the realization of active aging.Social work is worth to help others.On the one hand,it can promote the community participation level of urban elderly people through the professional concept of social work and various work modes and methods.On the other hand,social workers use professional methods to intervene in the community participation process of the elderly,meet the needs of the elderly,promote the community participation of the elderly,and better promote urban community governance.The author to the elderly community participation problem as the intervention point,with Y city Y community social work practice as the analysis object,based on positive aging theory,focus on "health" "participation","security" the three core elements,from the community participation consciousness,willingness and action on three levels,discusses the influencing factors of the elderly community participation,and combined with the practical case refining based on active aging theory of the elderly community to participate in social work intervention strategy.The community participation of the elderly from the perspective of active aging is taken as a realistic intervention point of the key element of "participation",and the reference significance of Y community cases for other social work practice process is found.In practical research,through the data collection,analysis,found that the elderly education level,social network and family relations,the elderly health,personal interests,economic situation,the elderly individual ability,the diversity of community activities,the perfection of these factors for the elderly community participation consciousness,willingness,and the influence of practical action.In the process of practice,the social work intervention strategy is adopted in the practical process of social work for the elderly to promote the community participation and active aging of the elderly.In the whole process,social work can alleviate the social problems brought by aging with its unique professional advantages.In terms of theory,it has enriched the local meaning of the active aging theory,promoted the community participation of the elderly in the research,and promoted the development of social work localization research.In terms of practice,it expands the practical field for the development of social work practice,provides practical reference for the research of social work for the elderly,and can also provide new methods and new opportunities for community governance.
