Senior high school is the link between compulsory education and higher education, and also the key period to cultivate students’ scientific literacy. However, there are still many problems in conducting physics classroom experiments in many schools at present. Some teachers even believe that doing experiments is better than teaching experiments, teaching experiments, and memorizing experiments.Physics classroom experiments have become an auxiliary tool for theoretical teaching. Some schools have even compressed their time for physics classroom experiments in order to serve the college entrance examination, and they have not given enough attention to physics experimental equipment. These problems have led to unsatisfactory teaching results in high school physics classroom experiments. This paper takes H Province Geological High School as the specific object, and through questionnaire surveys, surveys, and other methods, deeply explores the factors that restrict the effectiveness of high school physics classroom experimental teaching, and proposes corresponding teaching strategies. It is hoped that a new approach can be explored for the development of high school physics classroom experimental courses and provide some reference for high school physics experimental teaching.Firstly, this article constructs a basic framework for the effectiveness teaching standards of high school physics experiments based on the characteristics of high school physics experiments and determines the main content of the standards. At the same time, taking H Provincial Geological High School as the specific object,we learned about the implementation of physics classroom experiments in the school through distributing survey questionnaires, interviews, etc. An in-depth analysis was conducted on some of the existing problems: firstly, the teaching objectives are not clear enough and the difficulty level is lacking;Secondly, the teaching content emphasizes theory over practice, lacking innovation;Thirdly, the teaching methods are relatively single and lack inspiration;Fourthly, the time efficiency of classroom management is low,and the management of problematic behaviors is lax;Fifth, the teaching evaluation method is single, and the participation of the evaluation subject is insufficient;Sixth, the number of experimental equipment is insufficient and lacks progressiveness.Secondly, the paper provides effective teaching strategies for improving the effectiveness of high school physics classroom experiments.Firstly, establish clear and moderately difficult teaching objectives;Secondly, the teaching content should highlight practicality and innovation;Thirdly, enriching teaching methods and emphasizing inspiration;Fourthly, improve the time efficiency of classroom management and prevent problematic behaviors in the classroom; The fifth is to break the traditional and fixed teaching evaluation pattern;Six is to increase the number of experimental equipment and play a role in extracurricular experiments. Finally, the paper takes "Exploring the Relationship between Acceleration,Force, and Mass" and "Exploring the Law of the Speed of a Small Vehicle Changing over Time" as examples to illustrate the practical process of effective teaching strategies.Through practical effect analysis,it was found that after a period of teaching practice, the experimental class and the control class showed significant differences in all six dimensions, and the implementation of teaching strategies achieved good results.
