With the popularization of higher education,the quality of postgraduate education has become the focus of attention.Under the background of graduate education seeking high quality development and the transformation of talent cultivation quality view centered on "learning",the theory of student development has laid a solid theoretical foundation for scientific measurement of education quality,and the development of self-authorship has become a new direction of individual quality evaluation of graduate students.On this basis,this study takes self-authorship as a theoretical perspective,discusses the current situation and influencing factors of the development of individual self-authorship of postgraduate students,and constructs the relationship between the development of self-authorship and the quality of postgraduate training,and provides suggestions for promoting the development of individual master students.H University is a research-oriented university with mature postgraduate training mode,and the development of its postgraduate students can reflect the development status quo of training quality of postgraduate education to some extent.Therefore,this study takes the postgraduate students of H University as the research object,and selects different types of research objects based on whether they have won national scholarships as the selection criteria,analyze the basic information of the sample,the following conclusions are drawn:First,master students have basically achieved the development of self-authorship,but in the cognitive,self and interpersonal development of the three aspects are intertwined,development is unbalanced.In terms of overall development,individuals are basically able to correctly handle the relationship between external voice and internal voice,construct internal beliefs,and form their own views and opinions by synthesizing opinions from various aspects.In the dimension of development,some focus on the development of cognitive dimension,some focus on the development of interpersonal dimension,but more cognitive,self and interpersonal three dimensions interwoven together to promote the development of individual self-authorship.Secondly,the development level of self-authorship as a quality index of graduate training is reasonable.The National Scholarship is the highest level of scholarship that can be awarded to students in higher education,and the evaluation criteria are very strict.Therefore,it is generally believed that the individual development quality of national scholarships is better,but the evaluation of national scholarships focuses more on cognitive development.This study finds that the development level of self-authorship of individuals who have won national scholarships is higher than that of others,and the evaluation from the perspective of individual students can more comprehensively reflect the growth and development of students,not only considering cognitive development,but also paying more attention to self-development and interpersonal development.Thirdly,in terms of influencing factors,school training affects the development of individual self-authorship,including curriculum,career planning and campus environment.Learning guidance interaction is an important factor in the development of individual self-authorship,including academic interaction and non-academic interaction.Individual important experiences and interpersonal relationships also play a role in the development of self-authorship,including academic research activities,extracurricular practice activities and important interpersonal relationships.In order to promote the development of individual self-authorship,this paper puts forward three suggestions from the point of view of the school: first,in terms of cognition,guide students to understand the complexity of knowledge and provide training environment;Secondly,on the individual level,respect the constructivism of students’ subject and guide reflection;Thirdly,in the interpersonal aspect,communication and sharing should be advocated to form positive interaction.
