2016 issued by national ministry of education issued the "ministry of education in 2016 work key point of the dd in fully implement the party's education policy,strive to improve the quality of education.The file content is put forward "strengthen conscientiously the work of school sports aesthetics",means that the priority of education in our country is comprehensively improve the quality of education personnel training,sports is an important part of education,compared with other subjects,has the irreplaceable function of education.The modernization of education,improve the quality of sports education services will be more and more important.But the university enrollment expansion in sports venues,facilities,construction of teaching staff and other supporting,restrict the improvement of physical education quality.At that time,how to improve the quality of physical education in colleges and universities is university and education workers should think the problem,is to determine the survival and the development of colleges and universities after the key.Therefore,optimization of the process of physical education,and constantly improve the quality of physical education in colleges and universities,not just its own characteristics in colleges and universities and image,at the same time providing students with sports education service,high quality and efficiency makes colleges and universities sports education service is full of vitality.In this paper,the fuzhou university colleges and universities sports education service quality related theory exploration and evaluation research,the development of colleges and universities sports education service to provide a certain theoretical reference basis.In this paper,the integrated use of documentary,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and logical analysis and other research methods to study in this paper.This study on the basis of PZB theory based on SERVQUAL scale of university sports education service quality evaluation scale,for students,using descriptive statistics,t test and variance analysis method is analyzed in colleges and universities,the following conclusions:1,the university sports education service quality scale by facilities curriculum management of service quality,service quality,teacher's teaching effect of service quality,service quality,emotional interaction teaching five dimensions of service quality,a total of 32 item.According to the results of confirmatory factor analysis,fuzhou university college sports education theory assumes that service quality model and the sample data adapter is good;Scale internal reliability is good,and it has good structure validity and reasonable content validity.2,fuzhou university college sports education service quality survey results are as follows:(1)the college students of sports education service quality is higher expectations,in which students expect the highest of service facilities dimensions.(2)college students of sports education service quality is low real perception.In five dimensions,different gender,grade,subject,as well as different types of college students in colleges and universities sports education service actual perception of evaluation has significant difference.(3)the actual perception value of sports education service quality of university students and the expected value is larger,the overall gap between the gap from big to small in turn is:facilities dimension>course management dimension dimension>>>teaching effect dimensions teachers teaching emotional interaction dimension.3,to strengthen the construction of college sports infrastructure,improve the management system of physical education curriculum,improve the teachers' physical quality,set up student feedback way of sports education service quality,etc.,can effectively improve the overall level of service quality in colleges and universities.
