Education without physical education is incomplete,and physical education without education is unstable.The physical health of young people is related to the future of the country and the nation.Only by fully utilizing the educational function of physical education,helping students enhance their physique,improve their personality,enjoy fun,and exercise their willpower through physical exercise,can they "achieve the best of themselves and serve the motherland and the people".Middle school students are the future of the country and the hope of the nation.The physical exercise behavior of middle school students is directly related to the physical health of teenagers.In order to study the current situation of physical exercise among middle school students,this study selected physical activity,lifestyle habits,and dietary habits as independent variables,and physical exercise behavior as the dependent variable.By exploring the influence of physical activity,lifestyle habits,and dietary habits on the physical exercise behavior of middle school students in Changchun City,a chain mediated model based on "perceived input,decision-making,driving,and output behavior" is constructed to study the impact mechanism of physical activity,lifestyle habits,and dietary habits on the physical exercise behavior of middle school students.The aim is to help middle school students form good physical exercise habits and promote physical and mental development.Using the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,etc.,collect and sort out the data,and use SPSS26.0 software to carry out descriptive and reliability analysis on the effective data.Using correlation analysis,independent sample T-test,analysis of variance,regression analysis,etc.,explore the impact of physical activity,lifestyle habits,dietary habits,and students’ physical exercise behavior,in order to reveal the structural mechanism of the impact.Targeted suggestions are proposed for middle school students’ participation in physical exercise from three aspects: physical activity,lifestyle habits,and dietary habits.The results indicate that more physical activity,good lifestyle habits,and dietary habits have a positive and significant impact on physical exercise behavior.Research has found that,firstly,in terms of physical activity,high-level physical activity has the greatest positive impact on the physical exercise behavior of middle school students,that is,the higher the level of physical activity,the more active the students’ physical exercise behavior.Low level physical activity has the greatest negative impact on the physical exercise behavior of middle school students,that is,the lower the level of physical activity,the more negative the physical exercise behavior of students.Secondly,in terms of lifestyle habits,students with sedentary habits have lower physical exercise behaviors,while students with workday lifestyle habits have more positive physical exercise behaviors than those with rest lifestyle habits.This is because sedentary individuals consume more time than those who participate in physical exercise,resulting in poorer physical exercise behavior.Regularly schedule daily work and rest on weekdays,and regularly participate in physical exercise.The rest day schedule is uncertain,and participating in physical exercise behavior depends on students’ autonomy.Third,in terms of eating habits,people with normal meals have the most active physical exercise behavior,people with fast food junk food have the most negative physical exercise behavior,and people with fruits,vegetables and milk have the middle physical exercise behavior.In summary,physical activity,lifestyle habits,and dietary habits all have a significant positive impact on physical exercise among middle school students. |
