As an important means to measure the physical condition of students,the sports entrance examination can reflect the physical condition of junior high school graduates.One of the original intentions of the implementation of the sports entrance examination system also has this implication,in order to promote the improvement of student physique in this way.Use this as an opportunity to increase the importance of schools and society on students' physique and health,and change the previous deviation of "scholasticism".As a result,the sports entrance examination system began to be implemented throughout the country,and the attitudes of schools,families,and the society to sports and physical education disciplines have changed qualitatively.More students have devoted themselves to sports training and the preparation of the entrance examination for sports.No matter whether the student is active or passive,it has a positive significance for the health of the student.The implementation of the sports middle school entrance examination system in Changchun City is not long.The implementation effect and the practical problems faced: the changes in students 'physical fitness and the changes in students' sports behavior are all the focus of our attention.Therefore,this article is based on this,through the literature The data method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method and mathematical statistics method have investigated and analyzed the changes in physical fitness and sports behavior of middle school students in Changchun City after the implementation of the sports entrance examination system(2016-2018).The results show that:(1)The overall physical quality of junior high school students in the past three years has shown a good development trend.In the comparative data of physical quality test,we can see the growth of students' speed,endurance,strength and flexibility.The implementation of the sports system of the middle school entrance examination has promoted the improvement of students' physical quality.(2)With the implementation of the physical education system in the middle school entrance examination,the students' cognitive emotions have changed accordingly.Most of the students can correctly view the physical education system in the middle school entrance examination,understand the original intention of the implementation of the system,and plan more exercise time and times.However,some of the students have some utilitarian ideas about the cognition of participating in the physical education,which to a certain extent affects their final body The formation of educational values.(3)Taking the physical examination as the target,enriching the teaching content,changing the teaching means,designing and planning the teaching arrangement scientifically,adhering to the principle of "health first",making effective means to improve the physical quality of students,and gradually improving the physical quality of junior high school students;(4)Guide the students to form positive sports behavior,let the students correctly understand the implementation purpose of the middle school entrance examination sports system,use the baton function of the middle school entrance examination sports system,improve the social attention of junior middle school students to participate in sports exercise,realize the normalization and healthy development of the middle school entrance examination sports exercise,establish the students' correct values and cognition of sports exercise,and develop good exercise habits.
