Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of After-school P.E. Service Teaching In Primary Schools In Chengdu

With the implementation of the "double reduction" policy in recent years,it has brought a rare opportunity for the development of after-school services.Subsequently,Chengdu issued the policy,pointing out the need to improve after-school services to meet students’ personalized needs.After-school sports service plays a positive role in cultivating students’ interest in sports,developing lifelong sports thoughts and improving students’ physical health.The development of after-school sports service is inseparable from the quality and level of teaching.This paper analyzes and studies the status quo of after-school physical education service teaching in Chenghua District of Chengdu by using six methods: literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,logical analysis,field investigation and interview,and finds out the reasons affecting the development of physical education teaching from the analysis,and puts forward specific measures to solve the problems.Through the research,it is found that the teacher structure of Chengdu Chenghua District primary school is not optimized enough;The content of after-school sports service teaching is single,which is not conducive to the all-round development of after-school sports service.After class physical education teaching method is more rigid,not conducive to the development of education and teaching activities;The evaluation system for after-school sports service teaching needs to be improved;There are few after-school sports services,which can not improve the diversified choices for students,and can not stimulate students’ enthusiasm for after-school sports services.At the same time,the construction of sports facilities needs to be improved to improve students’ experience and safety in sports activities.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve after-school sports service education and teaching in Chenghua District of Chengdu,such as curriculum teaching methods and strategies,curriculum teaching content transformation,teacher team construction,curriculum teaching evaluation and supervision,and school sports venue improvement.
