| Objective:Animal experiments were conducted in combination with supplementary ozone nanobubble water(O3-NBW)to verify the effects of supplementary ozone nanobubble water(O3-NBW)on the exercise performance,respiration and energy metabolism of male mice,providing higher value sports for research and development of supplements provides a basis for scientific and theoretical research.Methods:In this experiment,a total of 24 male ICR mice were selected,and 8 male ICR mice with similar body weight were selected in each group,and they were randomly divided into three groups,namely blank control group(Control),nanobubble water group(Air-NBW)and ozone nano-bubble water group(O3-NBW),the mice in each group were fed with 1ml of purified water,nano-bubble water and ozone nano-bubble water in the morning,noon and evening respectively.The feeding process lasted for 4 weeks,and passed the forelimb pull test,treadmill exhaustion test,15min running test;detection of blood biochemical indicators related to sports performance;gas metabolism;body composition,nuclear magnetic resonance system and other test items.The experimental data between the groups are compared and analyzed to comprehensively evaluate the effect of the experimental samples on sports performance and regulation of breathing and energy metabolism.Results:1.Compared with the blank control group,the forelimb pulling force of the mice in the Air-NBW and O3-NBW groups increased by 5.13%and 15.01%,respectively,and the forelimb grasping force of the mice in the O3-NBW group was significantly enhanced(P=0.04);Compared with the blank control group and the Air-NBW group,the exhaustion time,exhaustion distance and exhaustion speed of the mice in the O3-NBW group were significantly increased(P=0.0012,P=0.0008,P=0.001),and the O3-NBW The running time to exhaustion of the mice in the group was prolonged by 20.68%and 18.67%,the running distance to exhaustion increased by 31.97%and 29.47%,and the running speed increased by 15.22%and 12.29%,respectively.2.In the 15min running test experiment,there was no significant difference in the levels of creatine kinase(CK)and lactic acid(LAC)among the three groups of mice.Compared with the blank control group and Air-NBW group,the blood The blood urea nitrogen(BUN)level was significantly reduced(P=0.0062,P=0.0323);the blood ammonia(AMM)level was also significantly reduced(P=0.0011,P=0.0126).In the test results of related blood biochemical indicators after the experiment,it was found that compared with the blank control group,the CK levels of the mice in the Air-NBW group and the O3-NBW group were significantly reduced(P=0.0109,P<0.0001),and the O3-NBW The level of triglyceride(TG)in the O3-NBW group decreased significantly(P=0.0368);compared with the blank control group and the Air-NBW group,the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)The levels were significantly increased(P=0.0028,P=0.0209).3.Compared with the blank control group,the weight and relative weight of bilateral gastrocnemius muscles of the mice in the Air-NBW group and the O3-NBW group increased significantly(P=0.0014,P=0.0032),and the mice in the O3-NBW group increased the most Significantly(P=0.0004,P=0.0009);compared with blank control group and Air-NBW group,the weight and relative weight of brown fat of mice in O3-NBW group were significantly increased(P=0.0052,P=0.0012).4.Compared with blank control group and Air-NBW group,muscle glycogen level in O3-NBW group was significantly increased(P=0.003);Compared with the blank control group,the level of liver glycogen in the Air-NBW and O3-NBW groups was increased,but there was no significant difference among the three groups.5.In the monitoring of respiration and energy metabolism in the 15min running test,compared with the blank control group,the oxygen uptake level(VO2)of the mice in the Air-NBW group and the O3-NBW group increased,and the O3-NBW group significantly increased(P<0.0001);compared with the blank control group,the energy expenditure(EE)levels of the mice in the Air-NBW group and the O3-NBW group were significantly reduced(P<0.0001),and the Air-NBW group decreased More;compared with the blank control group,the respiratory quotient(RQ)levels of the mice in the Air-NBW group and the O3-NBW group were significantly decreased(P<0.0001),and the O3-NBW group decreased the most.Conclusion:Ozone nano-bubble water can reduce the accumulation of blood urea nitrogen,blood ammonia and creatine kinase,and increase the level of glycogen in the body to relieve fatigue and protect muscles from damage,thereby enhancing the forelimb muscle strength of mice,Increase the time,distance and speed of exhaustive running to improve the body’s ability to resist exercise fatigue,thereby improving the corresponding exercise performance;ozone nano-bubble water can adjust the metabolism of lipids in the body and improve blood lipids by reducing the respiratory quotient and increasing the content of brown fat level;after supplementing with ozone nano-bubble water,the oxygen content in the mouse body increased,which enhanced its aerobic exercise capacity,reduced energy consumption,and improved the energy metabolism of the body.Therefore,it can be explained that ozone nanobubble water has the potential to resist fatigue,improve sports performance,and improve respiration and energy metabolism.The molecular mechanism and clinical trials of ozone nano-bubble water need to be further studied. |
