With the construction of the learning society and the deepening of lifelong education concept,community education concept is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.Community education part-time teachers are an indispensable part of the community education teachers.They play an irreplaceable role in improving the quality of community residents.This study aims to explore the professional development process,professional development characteristics,ecological imbalance of professional development and ecological influencing factors of professional development of community education part-time teachers from the perspective of educational ecology through investigation and interview.And then put forward some feasible suggestions to promote the professional development of community education part-time teachers.This paper adopts qualitative research as the basic research paradigm,and the main research methods are literature research,interview,narrative research and case analysis.Tangshan City community education organizing units were selected as the sample source.In accordance with the principle of purposeful sampling,on the basis of investigation,5 cases of community education part-time teachers are selected as research objects,and semi-structured interviews are conducted to sort out their professional development process,and analyze the ecological interaction process,characteristics and ecological imbalance of professional development.On this basis,the ecological internal and external factors affecting the professional development of community education part-time teachers are analyzed.The ecological internal factors mainly include the professional knowledge,professional emotion,professional belief and professional ability of part-time teachers.The external factors mainly include interpersonal ecological niche,evaluation and management,material treatment and professional identity.On this basis,the paper proposes relevant countermeasures to promote the professional development of community education part-time teachers from the perspective of internal and external ecology.Community education part-time teachers need to be self-repaired.First,they need to establish a clear sense of self-development.Second,they should establish the correct motivation for part-time teaching.Third,they ought to balance the part-time work planning.They also need to broaden the breadth of knowledge.First,they need to enrich their own knowledge.Second,should enhance their own ability to integrate knowledge.Third,they ought to actively carry out teaching reflection.It is necessary to create a harmonious community education environment,improve the part-time teacher training system,set up a diversified evaluation and management mechanism,and also need the promotion of government forces and financial support.
