In the context of basic education reform,new music education concept and music course system have been built and formed,and music teaching staffs have met with unprecedented impacts and challenges.Encountering the new requirement of modern teacher education and art education,we must take a fresh look of music teacher professional development.In order to accommodate the requirement of modern music teacher education,this paper aims to explore the way of development of music teacher professional from a new perspective.This paper applies academic thought,principle and methodology in ecology of education and music pedagogy to analyze and study the mutual relationship between music teacher professional development and ecology environment,and various ecological factors in ecology environment on the mechanism of action and law of music teacher education,in order to propose new angles and ideas from the view of music teacher education.Guided by ecology of education,this paper is to pursue a path of sustainable development road for high school music teacher professional by analyzing the ecological factors that impact the development of high school teachers in Guilin and problems in development process.The main content and work of this paper are as follows:This paper will put high school music teachers in ecological niche in ecology of education,take music teachers from 8 high schools in Guilin as research object,use investigation methods,for example,face-to-face interview,questionnaire survey,online chatting,and online call to get an in-depth understanding of ecological factors,such as professional developing situation,psychological states,awareness of professional development,self-renewing ability,teachers training situation,and high school's culture system,and do statistical analysis of current ecological environment situation and problems that may affect the professional development of high schools music teachers in Guilin.Existing problems after investigation:In the external ecological environment,the imbalance of school ecological management and evaluation mechanism are not flexible enough.There is flowerpot effect in the teacher training mode.The inner music teacher structure is unbalanced.For example,the base of scientific research theory is weak,their professional development consciousness is also insufficient,their enthusiasm for self-renewal and development is not high,and their occupational burnout is caused by various reasons.This paper combines with principle of ecology of education,talks about existing problems in development of high school music teachers professional,and provides feasible suggests on improving and promoting the professional development of high school music teachers in Guilin.The first thing is to eliminate limited factors and promote external environment.The second thing is to pay more attention to music discipline,improve music teachers training mode,build a harmony music teacher learning community,and increase vocational happiness and material benefits of music teachers by perfecting system of music teachers' management and assessment.The last thing is to require music teachers to maintain a mechanism of homeostasis,learn to self-healing,build an awareness of professional development,strengthen the learning of basic theory and scientific research and the ability of self-renewing,learn to adjust the tolerance degree of patience,mold a healthy psychology,and avoid the appearance of negative emotion that may affect the growth of music teachers.
