Educational ecology as a new cross area started late in China,but was introduced into all horizons and aroused thinking of change and innovation in methodology gradually.Teachers’ professional development as the key to improving the quality of teachers in colleges and universities,became a center for China’s higher education reform demands.Based on educational ecological theory,uses the thinking of education of university teachers’ professional development for exploratory research.First of all,from the perspective of the ecology of college teachers’ professional development review,this paper introduces the principle of relevant ecology,effect,ecological environment and ecological factors.Secondly,it analyzes the problems existing in the professional development of university teachers and analyzes the reasons.Finally,the paper explores the countermeasures of the professional development of teachers in the view of educational ecology:optimizing the external environment-government,universities and families,teachers self-repair.Through the ecology education explore suggestions of teacher’s professional development in universities and colleges,and provide theoretical and practical support.This paper hopes to promote teacher’s development better in universities and colleges.
