At present,vocational education has been extensive attention.The traditional teaching of middle-level “Enterprise Financial Accounting” course has problems such as students’ subjectivity is not strong,teaching methods are old and backward as well as teaching evaluation methods are not perfect,while students’ classroom learning status is not active enough and their learning motivation is not strong.Learning motivation is the intrinsic motivation to stimulate and maintain students’ learning,and it is one of the important reasons to influence students’ learning effect.Therefore,improving the quality of vocational education requires cultivating and motivating students’ learning motivation.This paper conducts a study on the teaching of“Enterprise Financial Accounting” course in the YK vocational and technical school based on the MUSIC learning motivation model,aiming to improve the current situation of low motivation of students in the traditional teaching mode,stimulate students’ interest in learning,and enhance their self-confidence and self-efficacy.This paper adopts the research methods of literature research method,questionnaire survey method and data analysis method to carry out a study on the study of “Enterprise Financial Accounting” course for the senior two students of finance and accounting in the YK vocational school.First,laying the theoretical foundation.This paper collates and analyzes the current situation of domestic and foreign research on learning motivation,and sorts out the theoretical sources of MUSIC model and related motivation theories.Second,investigate the current situation of course teaching.This paper designs and prepares a course learning motivation questionnaire,distributes and collects the questionnaires,statistically processes the questionnaire data,and analyzes the problems in students’ learning and teachers’ teaching status in combination with classroom observations.Again,the course instructional design is carried out.Based on the MUSIC learning motivation model and the characteristics of the course “Enterprise Financial Accounting”,this paper discusses the principles of teaching design,analyzes the pre-teaching needs,and analyzes and designs the teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching process and teaching evaluation and other elements.Finally,the teaching practice of the course is carried out.In this paper,teaching practice is carried out based on the MUSIC learning motivation model in a three-month teaching practice,and the teaching effect is verified through examinations and tests,questionnaires and other means.The study showed that the practical results indicated that the MUSIC model of motivation applied to the teaching of secondary accounting courses had a positive effect on the level of students’ motivation to learn accounting and the improvement of their grades.In terms of students’ learning motivation levels,the experimental class had significant positive effects on five dimensions: empowerment,usefulness,success,interest,and caring.Comparative analysis of accounting performance in the two classes revealed that initially the two classes with approximately the same learning levels improved after three months of teaching practice.The author combined the classroom activities of the accounting course teaching and observed students’ learning attitude,cooperation and communication from multiple perspectives,and found that students’ learning initiative and communication and evaluation skills were improved.Teachers should be more purposeful and planned in their instructional design of accounting courses and choose appropriate teaching strategies to integrate into classroom instruction to fully mobilize learning initiatives and increase motivation.This study is hoped to provide a reference or reference for accounting teachers in terms of teaching practices in the “Enterprise Financial Accounting” course as well as other accounting courses.
