College Counselor:The Most Embarrassing College Teacher

In recent years,great importance has been attached to the construction of college counselors.The Ministry of education and local colleges and universities have successively issued corresponding measures to strengthen the construction of college counselors,covering the selection and employment of counselors,job training,work implementation rules,job promotion and other aspects,marking the development of College counselors towards specialization,professionalism and connotation.When choosing to become a college counselor,the changes of policy and environment have indeed brought more opportunities to college counselors in the new era,but they are also facing many career difficulties,such as high work intensity,difficult promotion,low professional status and psychological trauma.This graduation project reflects the difficulties,choices and challenges faced by college counselors in their work by interviewing many college counselors,starting with the individual stories of different counselors,and describing the group images of these college counselors.
