Professionalization of University counselor is the new approach of counselors'institutional development of China. It is to adapt Management Staff professional development requirements and the ideological and political education should challenge the inevitable trend of the new period. This article is intended to analyze the development of professional counselors in the predicament faced difficult to break, explore the difficulties caused by the deep reason, and put forward specific countermeasures. In this study, the clear law of professional university counselors, university students to promote professional management team working to improve the quality of university tutors and to strengthen ideological and political education in the timeliness of the work has a direct or indirect reference to theoretical and practical level and guidance.Made by professional counselors, content and development-oriented analysis, this is that the professional counselor is to achieve an independent career counselor and the wider social recognition of status. Based on this understanding, through the counselor's own professional values and professional identity of two aspects of cognitive questionnaire, coupled with extensive land interviews with counselors is difficult to advance the current level of professionalism of the plight of a sort by rows, and further explore the underlying causes of proposed targeted countermeasures.This article argues that:professional counselors, including career role-playing confused face, professional identity embarrassing situation, counselors state of non-professional, professional codes of conduct, poor vocational training system is not complete and other multiple difficulties; more difficult because the instructor no independent professional status, occupation attractive weak, the traditional values of obstruction, management assessment difficult scientific standards, counselors work pattern own problems and lack of understanding of the counselors and other professional of a multi-factorial result of the role; break dilemma on rules should be set up professional research platform, innovative counselor job management system, a sound system of professional ability, nurturing professional culture, and ultimately enhance career attractiveness, making access to an independent career counselor position.
