| The course of College Students psychological health education is the effective means to strengthen the psychological health education of college students, and conducive to help students gain a correct self-understanding, owning a good psychological quality, adjusting psychological statement, developing potential ability,perfecting the personality development, so as to realize their life planning.With the document “the basic requirement of college students’ mental health education”(ideology and politics department 2011 No.1) which was declared by education department, clearly required colleges open the compulsory course for college Students psychological health, many domestic colleges have echoed this document, for now, achieved certain effects on reducing the psychological pressure and optimizing the psychological quality. But nationally there still exists varying degrees problems in many aspects.Based on the all above, this paper has a overall and deep research on how to construct the curriculum of psychological health education of collage students.First,the course of College Students psychological health education should treat Dewey or Rodgers theory as the theoretical basis. Second,through the full document retrieval and mental health worker interviews, understand the current situation, and find the problems of curriculum objectives, teaching methods, professional teachers,curriculum evaluation, curriculum content or others aspect exist in the construction of the mental health course. Third, base on the theories, and make suggestions for the problems of the mental health course construction. Finally, taking University A as an example, introducing some concrete practice to offer some benefitial help. |
