At present,the boarding school system has become an important form of schooling in the compulsory education stage in Tibet,which provides the greatest educational opportunity for the children of farmers and herdsmen in remote areas.The mental health education of junior high school students under the boarding system is not only related to the overall development of students themselves,but also crucial to the implementation of national education policies in ethnic areas.By using the professional methods and skills of social work and taking group work as the starting point to analyze and intervene in the improvement of resilience of Tibetan boarding junior high school students,we can fully implement the values of social work and provide effective guarantee for improving the mental health and resilience of boarding junior high school students.This paper mainly uses the personal experience of two social work professional volunteer teachers from the "Gesanghua" school X to Tibet as the data source.Through the psychological survey conducted in the middle school of A county in S city,Tibet,during the process of supporting education service,it was found that a small number of students in the school had mental health problems.At the same time,in the daily observation and interview of supporting education,it was also found that most of the students were shy and shy,Some students are at a loss in the face of difficulties,so in this context,we should pay attention to the mental health education of boarding junior high school students on the basis of improving the level of resilience.The volunteer teachers give full play to the professional advantages of their own social workers,and through consultation and communication with the leading teachers of School X and A County Middle School in S City,Tibet,they developed the "Sailing and Sailing" assistance project in the name of the "Gesanghua" team of school X to Tibet to provide service research on the resilience improvement of boarding school students in A County Middle School.This service involves Tibetan boarding junior high school students in a group work method,and collects information about Tibetan boarding junior high school students in County A from multiple aspects through questionnaires,participatory observation and unstructured interviews;Take the resilience theory and the advantage perspective theory as the research perspective,match the specific objectives with six group activities,further improve the resilience of group members in the process of activities,and strive to broaden the application field and theoretical perspective of resilience theory in practice.Finally,based on the practical part,a summary is made and the following conclusions are drawn: the resilience theory and the advantage perspective theory are consistent with the development characteristics of Tibetan boarding school students,and the resilience level of Tibetan boarding school students has been improved to varying degrees;In the specific intervention process,we should ensure the combination of theory and practice,and effectively improve the resilience level of Tibetan boarding junior high school students;The external support factors,internal advantage factors and efficiency factors of resilience play an important role in enhancing the resilience of Tibetan boarding junior high school students.After reflecting on the group work involved in the improvement of the resilience of Tibetan boarding junior high school students,we found that we should take the group work method as the basis,comprehensively use case work and other methods to improve the resilience level of junior high school boarding students,further expand the coverage of activities,and standardize the comparative study of the resilience level of Tibetan boarding junior high school students and day students;At the same time,it is also necessary to establish a linkage mechanism to jointly improve the resilience of boarding junior high school students. |
