| National rejuvenation,national defense and modernization require a large pool of talents,especially the participation of outstanding,diligent and pragmatic males.At present,the phenomenon of backward and difficult learning of primary school boys at the starting line is becoming more and more obvious,resulting in the backward plight of primary school education and the subsequent stages of education and the actual inequity of education,which is bound to affect the stability and healthy development of the future society.Boys and girls have physical and psychological advantages,moral education and physical education and other aspects of men and women are not much different,the current level of academic subjects is still very important,there is a certain difficulty for boys,the purpose of this study is to find out the status quo and causes of boys’ relatively backward exam results,so as to better let boys build up confidence,give play to their own unique advantages,guide the correct values and aesthetics.Achieving optimal development for both sexes.It focuses on the character education dimension to provide innovative measures,does not sacrifice physical education and other classes,and tries to promote gender sensitive education,striving to improve boys’ academic performance,promote boys’ and girls’ comprehensive academic progress,and achieve gender equality in education.The study found that boys’ education is indeed in trouble in some areas,and boys’ academic learning is not effective.Schools and education itself need to be reformed,male teachers urgently need to be replaced,teacher training is urgent,and children’s families and society as a whole cannot escape responsibility.The psychological and character defects brought by gender can be reduced through guidance and education to achieve the full play of their respective advantages.Through literature review,case analysis,field investigation and interviews,the study tries to explore the differences between men and women in learning,thinks about the causal relationship between boys’ learning difficulties in academic subjects,and boldly proposes solutions and countermeasures.Androgyny breaks the shackles of traditional and outdated gender concepts and respects the choice of gender personality development,which can make people better adapt to the requirements of today’s social development.It is the perfect personality quality that human beings pursue to achieve.Based on previous studies,this paper analyzes,masters and clarifies the reasons for the backward learning difficulties of boys’ academic subjects.Based on educational equity and gender equality,this paper considers the problems with psychological and pedagogical theories from the perspectives of boys’ individuals,others and the environment inside and outside the school,sensitively treats the gender factors in education,and puts forward solutions from the perspective of school education.To provide a breakthrough solution to the boys’ learning dilemma.Based on the actual situation,boys should be guided to form appropriate gender role positioning,improve their awareness of their own progress,deepen understanding and cooperation between the sexes,and finally form common progress of both sexes,so as to promote the high-quality development of primary education in various regions. |
