| Education is the foundation of a country,the road to a stronger country and the foundation of the country.The fundamental task of education is to train socialist builders and socialist successors.Vocational education is an important method of training technical and skilled talents,opening up a situation of innovation and entrepreneurship,and promoting social manufacturing industry and social services.Vocational colleges are important means for our country to standardize,popularize and scientific vocational education.As a part of education,physical education plays an important role in social development.Developing basic physical education practitioners and physical education teachers at lower school age is also the training goal of higher vocational colleges.Guizhou province is located in the southwest of China,where the poverty problem is the most prominent province.Its education resources and education level are in a backward state.On January 12,2012,the document No.2 of State Development readjured the overall layout of Guizhou Province,which pointed out the direction for modern education,provided development goals for higher vocational colleges in Guizhou and created opportunities of The Times.This paper takes the talent cultivation goal,curriculum setting and current social demand of physical education major of higher vocational and technical colleges in Guizhou Province as the research object,and adopts scientific research methods such as literature,questionnaire,logical analysis and interview to conduct questionnaire survey on experts,teachers and students of physical education major of higher vocational colleges.Through the research and analysis of the relationship between physical education personnel training and social needs in Guizhou higher vocational colleges,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The employment destination of physical education graduates in higher vocational colleges in Guizhou Province is in line with the orientation of talent training objectives,and the overall employment rate is good."Contract and agreement employment" and "higher education" are in line with the employment intention of graduates.(2)Analyze the current situation of the main employment market for physical education and social sports majors,master the employers’ demands for graduates’ education,special skills,talents’ abilities and skill levels,meet the training objectives of higher vocational colleges,and meet the employment social needs.(3)The training objectives and curriculum structure meet the social needs,but the proportion of practical links is insufficient,lack of social needs;Lack of curriculum system construction and curriculum innovation consciousness,physical education classroom ideological and political effect is not good,at the same time,physical education graduates do not have clear career planning,career education guidance is insufficient,lack of "higher education" learning system construction.(4)The training of physical education professionals in higher vocational colleges in Guizhou Province meets the needs of the society.In order to more effectively enhance the relevance between personnel training and social needs,the following measures are suggested:(1)The training of sports talents in higher vocational colleges in Guizhou Province should be based on the needs of social development,and the professional personalized training objectives should be determined according to the needs of employers and the professional characteristics and advantages of Guizhou higher vocational colleges.(2)Increase the hardware investment and teacher team construction of all colleges and universities,and improve the educational level and professional ability of self-owned teachers;Strengthen the reform of vocational certificate grading system,promote the sustainable development of vocational certificate grading system;Add courses to cultivate students’ cultural literacy and shape correct values,and courses to cultivate students’ innovation ability and cooperation ability;Increase the investment in the "higher education" examination,both the technical subject and the cultural examination;Widen students’ theoretical knowledge system and emphasize the construction of PE core curriculum;We will promote education reform for application-oriented sports professionals with skills.(3)Enhance students’ ideological and political consciousness and strengthen their subjective initiative;Enrich the theoretical knowledge system,and cultivate students’ independent learning ability and lifelong learning habit;Enhance the application of professional skills and special skills to achieve their all-round development.(4)To promote the "coordinated development of industry and education" to improve the training of physical education professionals in higher vocational colleges in Guizhou Province and the connection of industry and education with social needs. |
