| With the continuous growth of China’s economic foundation and the rapid development of science and technology,China’s e-sports industry has entered the stage of vigorous development,and e-sports has become the trend of the new era and has great development potential.With the official recognition of e-sports as a sport,the development of e-sports industry in China has entered a new chapter.The e-sports industry in China,with e-sports as the core,has added new vitality to people’s material and cultural life.The emerging major of "e-sports and management" has emerged as The Times demand,and has been included in the new catalogue of vocational education(junior college)in ordinary colleges and universities since 2017.How to train excellent esports talents is also a new topic for higher education workers in the new era.This study 6 universities electronic competitive sports and management professional talent training mode as well as to the e-sports industry demand as the main research content,using literature data,questionnaire,logic analysis and other methods,the first combed the e-sports professional development in our country,to six universities electronic competitive sports and management professional talent training goal and talent training specifications,curriculum system,set up the study of comparison and analysis,found the problems and deficiency of the construction of the professional;In addition,this paper analyzes different employers in the e-sports industry,sorts out the types of demands for talents in the e-sports market,and provides certain theoretical basis and reference for the cultivation and construction of talents in the specialty of "e-sports and management" in colleges and universities.According to the author’s research results,there are still some problems in the construction of professional system and talent training of "e-sports and management" in colleges and universities,mainly reflected in the following aspects:1.The development of e-sports and management in colleges and universities is at an early stage,and the number of talents cultivated for the specialty of "e-sports and management" in colleges and universities does not match the number of talents required.2.The complete training mode of e-sports and management in colleges and universities has not yet been formed,and the curriculum system of "e-sports and management" in colleges and universities is not reasonable,and the degree of scientific curriculum setting is not high;There is no unified national general teaching material,teaching material variety is mixed and disorderly;There are too many training objectives and the key training direction is not in place.Overemphasis on theoretical course teaching and neglect of practical teaching;Lack of training of students’ organizational ability and management ability.3.The teaching staff of e-sports and management in universities is weak,which is manifested in the quantity and quality.In terms of quantity,the existing quantity cannot fully meet the needs of teaching activities of "e-sports and management" in colleges and universities.In terms of quality,the teaching level and teaching of existing e-sports teachers can only not meet the needs of students for high-quality teaching activities.4.The major of "e-sports and management" in colleges and universities does not guide students’ thinking well.Students cannot stick to their career ideals,firmly regard the development direction of their major as the future employment direction,and waver their willingness to work.This situation runs counter to the goal of training esports professionals in colleges and universities.In view of the above problems,this study puts forward the following Suggestions and countermeasures:1.Enlightenment for colleges and universities:(1)All colleges and universities should work together to develop a unified training standard for e-sports sports and management,discuss with scholars and experts from all walks of life,and develop a set of general teaching materials suitable for the characteristics of e-sports education in China as soon as possible,so as to promote the development of e-sports.At the same time,colleges and universities should be able to accurately grasp the market demand and formulate the talent training objectives that meet the needs of the society.(2)Universities to build scientific and reasonable "electronic competitive sports and management professional course system,accurate comprehensive and cannot be achieved overnight,comply with the development of society and the progress of the market continuously optimized,on the basis of theory teaching,pay more attention to practice teaching,increase the proportion of practice teaching,develop the students’ ability of organization and management,develop the students’ ability of innovation in practice.(3)Colleges and universities should further refine the direction of e-sports and management,and clarify the focus of talent training and main service areas.(4)The corresponding departments should increase the investment and construction of the teaching staff and make efforts to accelerate the exploration of the curriculum system.(5)Universities refer to foreign excellent teaching methods and models to adapt to the teaching system of local education.(6)Provide employment guidance to students according to the current social demand,cooperate with excellent e-sports enterprises,provide practical positions for students,and sign employment agreements.2.Implications for the government:(1)The government should increase its support to the e-sports industry and establish a government institution to manage e-sports.(2)The mainstream media should strengthen the positive publicity of e-sports and guidethe public to correct understanding and understanding. |
